Dunkin'

I’ve learned Dunkin’ can be a hit or miss depending on the location, but as a daily goer for the past couple months, I’ve had consistently great service and drinks at this location. After only a couple mobile orders they started to recognize me and would give me an extra donut. The employees are great at customer connections.

Also, my go-to drink is an iced matcha latte, and they have made it perfect every-time. If you drink matcha, you know that’s an impressive feat. 11/10, I’m glad this is the location most convenient to me.

Great coffee shop , awesome staff , Sam runs a great store .. And yes she is a Nebraska fan ...please stop on Saturdays with your game day shirt on ...

The young man at the counter made us out of towners feel welcome and right at home!! Drove all around Omaha looking for these jelly-filled munchkins. Thank you so much, didn’t catch his name, but congratulations on being in store for over a year! Keep up the great work Dunkin! We have this location saved for future trips down!

This is the best Dunkin location in Omaha. They always seem to have it together.. unlike other locations in town. Jeremy is one of the managers there and maybe this is one of the reasons they succeed! Job ALWAYS well done.

Every time that I have purchased donuts, iced tea or coffee at this location, the donuts were very fresh and tasted great. The beverages were also very tasty. The staff has always been extremely friendly and professional.

The guy that was helping me in the drive thru today was super polite and introduced himself over the intercom before I ordered. He had my drink ready as I pulled up to the window, and it was probably the best chai latte I’ve had in a long time, mind you he had me try it before pulling off to make sure I liked it. I never have this great of customer service but it made my day today, and it was cute that he looked so proud of himself. Way to go Dunkin!

Donuts are good. I tried an iced latte today and it was very good! I also tried the beyond meat breakfast sandwich and loved it!

Moving to 5 stars because kids love the donuts and the price is great.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is bc ordering donuts is much easier when you can see what is available as ordering, not visible in the drive thru.

I ordered 3 coffee drinks. The young man running the drive-thru was very helpful and kind. The coffee drinks were great!

Like one other person said, it’s always better to go first thing in the morning but if your expecting to get breakfast food that should be common sense... BETTER THAN FORT STREET for sure. They have always gave the biggest coffee during happy hour without asking which is nice for the price, friendly, and inviting when you walk in. They always greet you which I haven’t had at other locations. There was one time we walked in and they had already done their register since they were about to close so the manager gave us our order for free. She didn’t have to do that, but instead of telling us they were unable to they found a way to do it. That’s why I like this location. Good service!

I can’t get over how delicious everything was. 2 donuts. Breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast. Fresh, warm, baked perfect and very hardworking people on a Sunday morning. Bravo!

Like many other Dunkin Donuts, the best time to visit is early in the morning. This location has its own bakery and baked goods are usually available early in the morning--typically around 7 AM. I generally use the drive-thru and on-the-go ordering so I don't have to spend a long time placing an order. The Omaha area has had Dunkin Donuts for about 5 years now. This particular Dunkin Donuts has been open for over a year. If somebody makes a mistake with your order, just tell them and they will correct it immediately.

I'm updating my review in 2020. This Dunkin Donuts had outstanding service during the COVID-19 lockdown in March-May 2020. After the lockdown service has continued to be superb. Also, Dunkin Donuts has improved their "Onthego" App so you can place an order and have it waiting at the drive-up window.

I LOVE this location. I’ve never had a issue with my order. The staff is well trained and always make an effort to help with your order and get it right. My favorite one of all the locations

Absolutely love the staff they are all so friendly to me and know me by name they food and coffee is great. On the rare occasion that they mess something up they do everything to correct the problem and make sure I am pleased. Love them

Customer service at ordering and to the window was excellent. Had to run in because I forgot to order something and the inside different employee was not pleasant at all.
