Dunkin'

This Dunkin is actually the best. I’ve never had a problem with my coffee or food (and I’m extremely picky). The staff is incredible. I’m always greeted with a happy face and the place is always clean. I love coming here to study and finish homework. I think it’s the owner or manager (not entirely sure) but he even greets me and is always with his staff too. I use the mobile order feature the most and it’s almost always done within 2 minutes of me placing it on the app. I wish they had the tip feature available on the app because this staff truly does not get enough credit. This is one of the few reviews I’ve done just because they deserve all the praise. Thank yall for being so kind and always making my day better.

I love our Dunkin! My coffee is always spot on and so is the food. Ron is always super nice and will talk to you even if they are swamped!

There is a GOOD REASON that the drive-thru line for this place is typically backed up out into the street during the AM.
That’s because it is GOOD!
Do yourself a favor & park, walk inside, & place your order face-to-face.
The staff is always friendly, patient (…I’m terrible at making my donut choices fast!), efficient, & helpful.
The management is right there on-site, & they work side-by-side with the junior staff.
& EVERYONE works SO HARD here!! It is pretty damn impressive!
They all do their best to get your order right, & they’ll “make things right” IF a mistake is made.
(In comparison, some of the nearby fast food places are horrible. Poorly run, slow service, & questionable food quality! They could learn a thing or 2 from this Dunkin!)

My ONLY complaints would be that they no longer sell Coconut donuts (…not enough demand I was told), & their Apple Fritters are weak (…the Apple Fritters that I grew up with were HUGE, full of chunks of apple, & had a crunchy exterior. Theirs are just a glazed donut with some apple flavor added. I’d GLADLY pay more $$ for a “real” Apple Fritter!)

I've always been a customer of another "we shall not name " coffee shop. I can honestly say that because of the quality of the coffee , it's just better! And the customer service from Timeka (she's awesome) I am a convert! Thank you Dunkin on Main Street! You gotta new loyal fan!

This is how a 3 scoop sundae should be made. With a large cup, hot fudge, whipped cream nuts and a cherry. Thank you Dunkin' Donuts/ Baskin-Robbins in Statesboro. Warner Robins could learn something from you.

I got an iced butter pecan coffee, which is what I always get, and as always, it was good

I used to hate Dunkin drinks because they tasted like milk and sugar. However, for Christmas I received a Dunkin gift card so I downloaded the app and decided to try a few drinks. I ended up really liking the cold brew with sweet cold foam on top. It's the perfect amount of sweet and the coffee is just right. Not to mention you can use the coupons and get it for $2. I was able to stretch my $15 gift card to get a 6 pack of donuts and 6 drinks throughout the month with all the coupons and now I have enough reward points for a free drink. So much better for your pocket than Starbucks. I am definitely a fan now.

Extremely impressed with this Dunkin Donuts lately! Idk if it’s under new management or not, but it has definitely stepped up! we came in today and they spoiled my kiddos and gave them little hats to wear. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the time we walked in! Highly recommend!

Great customer service and the person who helped us was very knowledgeable about the menu and was super hospitable.

Love the place and I'll be back to get great service from the cashier that wants to sell cars for a living.

Kyle is the one who cashed me out and was absolutely fantastic, very funny guy. Apparently he can make a mango milkshake that could put Chick-fil-A's peach to shame. Great experience!

This Dunkin' is great! Very nice, down to earth employees who were very nice while taking and delivering my order! My order was ready in a timely manner. It was correct and tasted great. Will definitely be going back.

Love love love my drinks from here. I mostly use the app. So go download it if you haven't!!!! I use my points for free drinks or to stay in the know of what's coming out. However, even ordering thru the app they still make my food/drinks as if I were standing in front telling them. I enjoy a store that can get my order right each and every time. Wonderful staff and they even suggest things to try that I normally wouldn't. Highly recommend if you haven't tried this location.

I go basically everyday and the staff is so nice. Sonny remembers my drink order and gets it ready by the the time I’m ordering. It’s a great way to start your morning for sure!

The best Dunkin I've been to in GA. Awesome retro look to it, always friendly staff and they give me a free donut with large drink purchases, not sure if other locations do the same but they never tell me if they do. Pretty neat promo if nothing else. Doesn't hurt that it's a joint coffee/ice cream shop

I have had so many wonderful experiences at this Dunkin. I usually swing by for a coffee on my way to work and it usually doesn't take long to get through the drive through. My dog also loves getting her whipped cream fix with their pupichinos.

What prompted me to write this review was how wonderful my last trip there was. Lisa was so awesome with letting us purchase two Bark - Dunkin collab toys for my dog's upcoming birthday. We love dunkin, and are happy to add these to our dog toy collection.

I really enjoyed the service at the Dunkin Donuts inside Walmart. The young lady name Chantel was very pleasant and got my order done quickly and correctly. Every time I show up I get a wonderful greeting from her, and she makes my coffee just the way I like it. Keep up the good work!

Drinks we great and the food was also fresh, husband loved the munchkins. Fast and friendly service, just wish they would have asked if we had rewards I completely forgot about that until we paid.

Love this dunkin’! The past few times I have gone they have not filled my drink up. I feel the coffee is priced a little higher than the other ones. I would like my cup to be filled all the way.
