RR/C Collision Center

If I ever get hit again, there is no question in my mind I am going to RR/C Collison. Chris was amazingly clear in communicating, thorough, and very timely on the repair. They dealt with the insurance for me overall or as much as they could.

They had to cut and weld a new body section of the truck together to complete the repair correctly. The repair looked like it was seriously off the Toyota assembly line. They use factory manuals to disassemble and reassemble, so nothing was out of place. And everything functioned as if should after all was done. And the Paint was flawless and blended perfectly.

Amazing experience! Amazing customer service! Hood repair turned out beautifully. They detailed interior, my daughter thought we got a new car. Amazing!! I will most definitely recommend RR/C and use them again in the future!! Thank you!!

RRC did a awesome job on my Nissan Titan! Small fender bender turned into a large repair but that's to be expected with newer vehicles. The most impressive thing I witnessed is they gave my truck a wash and an interior cleaning before they returned it to me which I did not expect. Thank you guys for an easy experience.

After having a heavy object hit my car and go across the hood, blown by high winds, I took my car to a local body shop. They did not do a good job! They did some repainting of the hood twice and still it ended up with sand and marks on it. I did not want them trying a third time to fix it, so I looked around and found RR/C Collision Center. I went there and they asked to have the car for a few hours to give me a detailed list of what they thought needed done, and give me an estimate. They told me a great deal about what needed done and what they thought was the best course of action. The previous place had left sand and a big mark in the paint. Chris told me what he'd like to do, and I took the car into the shop for the repairs. He also repaired the headlight, which the other shop ignored. The front bumper was also repainted and I'm still in awe of how perfect it looks! His estimate was also very reasonable in my opinion.

They did the most amazing job ever! Such attention to detail; every little thing was done with the utmost care. I could not believe how good the car looked when they finished with it. Another nice addition, was the fact that they took the time to wash the car and it was pristine when it was returned to me. The other body shop got my car when it was clean, but returned it with white stuff splattered all over it. Chris and RR/C did the most professional job I've ever seen. They seem to take pride in the work they do, and the quality is evident! Plus, they happen to be very nice people! Sure wish I'd found them first.

So if you're looking for someone who will do professional work, give attention to detail and get your vehicle back to you looking like new, I would highly recommend this body shop for all your collision center needs. Best body shop I've had the pleasure of doing business with! They finished my car weeks before the competitor said they could have it ready. Customer service was always top notch and very good about keeping me updated about where we were in the repair process. These guys are definitely a cut above the rest. My car came out perfect and looking better than it did the day I bought it. If I'm ever In need of body or paint work again they have a lifetime customer. Our family cars have been in their shop at least nine times. Not the best drivers in the world and bad luck with antelope. They make an appointment I need to bring the car down they photograph the damage they bring it in and assess it and send it to the insurance company. I wouldn’t have any other collision company work on my car. Their work is perfect the color matching is perfect and you never know there was ever a problem. Once they take it in the only car they work on is yours until it’s done. They all are very professional I would say almost like family now.Their pricing is spot on and within a day I received a check from the insurance company. Rrc Collision is the only company to use if you want your car exactly the way it was.

I was recommended by a friend to RR/C and it was a great choice. These guys knocked it out of the park. We had some insurance and material hiccups but they worked through them and got me my truck back in a timely fashion. Quality is top notch. Will be going back there for any future body work and referring every friend to them.

I stopped in to get an estimate on some wear and tear on my 2008 vehicle. They emailed me an estimate right away. When I took my car in to get it fixed, they repaired it that day and called me with updates and when it was ready. I will be going back for more work.
