These people work so hard to get us our mail and nowadays this community does not appreciate the time and effort they put in and the short staffed situations they are dealing with. Like wow. Trying being kind instead of demanding. Maby you'll get better results people. Or if you think you can do better why don't you get a job there? I'm sure they are hiring. Spread peace not anger.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I get all my mail fast & during this holiday season I've actually gotten mail 2 times a day. Once at 8am and then again before days end which is my usual time. I think they've done a great job keeping up now that they are doing all the work for Amazon. Plus my mail guy is always nice to me & my doggies.

Ive never had an issue with mail delivery. My mail courier is the best! I dont deserve the impressive sercice I receive. My mailbox isnt always cleaned after snowstorms and yet mail is delivered is just one example.

I live next to CenturyLink across from the fitness center and they plow me in on sidewalk and driveway. I have 3 slipped disks in my back and am the only one who can shovel. I can't afford a service. My little electric snowblower broke. Yet I made quite certain there was a distinct clearing around my house, where there is a walkpath that is paved, to my mailbox. It is all cleared. The mailman, however, sees it fit to dump packages in front of said snowblower and chuck mail on the ground in the snow. Glad I made the effort. Called to complain, but no one answers the phone. I've had other issues, but this was unacceptable.

Update: I made a complaint using the automated service, which surprisingly does have a way to speak to a person. That person was very nice and made an internet complaint for me. Then a very nice gentleman at the Princeton post office called me back the same day. They resolved the issue the following week. I'm upgrading my review from a two to a four. Thank you for resolving my issue.

When getting service outside of town the delivery wasn't always the best. One guy won't come if the city doesn't plow close enough to the mail boxes.
But if you have a PO box you get great service! All the employees are super friendly! 🙃

Service was awesome-thank you! 4 patrons behind me completely ignored or missed the face mask required sign- might want to emphasize it( big and in color) and have employees refuse service if not following. Those of us that are taking precautions can’t do it alone for everyone. Responsible actions please.

The last two weeks have been terrible packages crammed into the mailbox so tight I couldn't get it out easily. one was broken and leaked all over the place all they did was put it in a plastic bag. Then was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday and they said it was undeliverable because they couldn't get to the front door or the driveway or the mailbox. Baloney it's July and there was nothing blocking anything. I think they just didn't feel like delivering it on a Sunday.

We have the nicest mail carrier, his name is Cory. However, if you can ship something UPS or FedEx then you should. Packages will sit undelivered and tracking will state they attempted to deliver, but couldn't because the address was inaccessible or some other lame excuse which puts the blame on the customer instead of the post office. The Post Office blames the shortage of carriers for the reason why they can't deliver mail or packages. I'm sure there is a shortage of carriers, however, if the Post Office would treat their employees better then maybe people would want to work there. But when the government (meaning us tax payers) keeps financially bailing out the Post Office they have no reason to improve.
