My family had the pleasure of working with Nico Saturday evening!! He not only took the stress out of having to upgrade phones, he took the time to help make sure we had all the accessories we needed before we left the store and explained many “techy” things that we did not know or understand. He treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed and appreciated!!! Thank you Nico, wish there were more people like you in this world, so kind and caring!!

Soo I recently switched plans, and the customer service at this location was great! I was greeted with a friendly smile right away! I was helped by Jake M, & he was very knowledgeable, kind and funny! You can tell he values his job.

I just came in to get my phone upgraded and Nico was the one who helped me all the way through from start to finish. I never had any problems with the upgrade and transfer. I can't thank him enough for his help. I am so coming back for any phone related services.

I've been here twice in the last week. Once with Aaron, when I needed to change my service, and once with Jake to replace my phone I broke. Both were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful ! Made life much easier. Will continue to only go to this location now.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service Jacob provided, not just to me but to others he was working with and each person that came in the door. Greeting everyone as they came in and juggling multiple customers in a way that no one was forgotten. Jacob was also knowledgeable about all the devices and very personable and easy to talk to. He made the process of switching to a new phone so easy and made sure I had everything I needed! Which is good because I was so tired that day I would've likely forgotten the essentials lol! I'll be sure to recommend this location to my family and friends! :)
