Has been changed to an outlet store. I couldn't tell the difference. Same good selection, great quality, very good size selection. Any time you buy 3 Orvis flannel shirts and save over a third of the total cost, it's a good day!

The store is well organized, with a large selection of items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there shopping for Christmas gifts for my uncle. I love how amazing the customer service was. Jessica, I think was her name, was amazing. And encouraged us to come in with our dogs! Love that not only they have amazing customer service, but they LOVED our fur babies! We will definitely return!!

I recently was invited invited to an outing. I am NOT an outdoorsy type!
But thank the good lord almighty, He apparently sent, Jess, as a guardian angel!
She was extremely helpful with me finding the stuff I had on my checklist, and even mention I might try finding the stuff I couldn’t find in-store (signs of the times I guess) on the website. She also recommended some things I hadn’t even thought of!
All in all, Jess turned what I had thought was going to be a dreadful experience turned out to be a very pleasant encounter!

Susan the store manager is a shining example of southern hospitality and a Diamond for Orvis. I was asking an employee about a campfire mug that orvis no longer makes and she overheard me and offered to send me one she had in her home that she had never used. Speaks volumes to her character and runs over to make Orvis look top notch. Will never forget this act of generosity and will always be a fan of Orvis!!

Incredible experience shopping with Orvis this holiday season! After a mistake was made when ordering a specific jacket I wanted, Chris, Michael, and Larry were extremely helpful. All of the employees worked diligently to correct the situation and even immediately contacted customer service on my behalf. Within 24 hours, I walked out of the store with the correct product in hand. I was a first time shopper at Orvis and now I will be a customer for life. Thank you for fantastic service!

I came to store in Market Commons on Friday the 14th of June. Everything there was very organized and clean. There were a few employees talking standing around. I went into the ladies department browsing through the clothes and a gentleman ask if I needed helped with anything. He also informed me where the dressing rooms were. This place seemed like a nice professional store.

Love this business, a nice young lady helped me get a jacket at a good price. Nice store, will be back.

Unrivaled experience. I have spent several thousand dollars in this store in the past few years, owing to an addiction to plaid and flannel. LT, Mike, Scottie, Hunter and Susan have always been very helpful in suggesting new patterns and materials to fuel my addiction, nearly bankrupting me. They also like dogs which is nice. All of the stars.
