I've never had nothing but good experiences each time I've had an appointment everyone has always been nice and helpful and everything has moved pretty fast for me even when getting set up to order my new glasses the lady made sure I stayed within my budget and I got exactly what I needed.

Midwest is amazing. yesterday was my first visit. They listened to everything going on and helped me. I now have the correct prescription coming my way and they are helping with other issues! Definitely recommend coming here!

At first I was upset at the extra 80.00 charge for testing as this used to be part of your initial apt. But I have to say that they were very thorough and Ms Leyman gave me the best prescription contacts I've ever had. Over all I would recommend this company.

We love this office so much! My 11 year old started coming this last year & everything went so great. He loves his doctor. We are on pair #2 so far. They fixed his first pair super quick without any problems at all!

Edited to add: His first pair continued to break (they were covered by insurance) so we were planning to spend a lot to get the Flex frames. Instead, she offered us a lot of other options to try and this pair has been great! We’ve had the same pair a couple months with no issues at all! And we also ordered a pair of sunglasses for him. Super simple process & they were so helpful! Instead of just letting me spend near a thousand dollars, they suggested just trying a new style/frame that would also be covered by our insurance. And so far, SO good! Everyone is super friendly & helpful!

My husband and I went for our yearly eye exam yesterday. We both agree that the services at Midwest were much more thorough than our experiences at other facilities. I think we've found our new eye Dr in Dr. Zachary Toppe

Cheryl helped me with picking out my glasses and sunglasses. Her customer service is top notch and she is very personable. I will ask for her in the guy

All of the employees are very greeting and help educate on what services are being completed plus of the costs of each thing before preformed. The optical team is very helpful as well, I’ve never worn glasses until this past year and they explained everything to me about the lens options etc.

Everytime I go into midwest I feel as though I'm given the highest quality of customer service. Whether it be the doctors, optical, techs, or anyone else, everyone is very friendly and attentive. All of my needs are met in a timely and cordial fashion. I would highly, highly recommend Midwest for any of your eye care needs.

You are greeted by a very friendly staff, the office has state of the art equipment and Dr. Toppe has great communication with his patients. He explains everything thoroughly and with great care. He genuinely cares for his patients. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Toppe and his staff are top notch! From my initial eye exam, to MULTIPLE tries at just the right, crystal clear contact lens purchase. I am very pleased with their attention to my contact troubles and sticking with me until we found a solution! I HIGHLY recommend this Midwest Eye Consultant business!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere. The selection for my particular insurance was sparse. I did find a pair and Dr. Toppe worked with my insurance to have my lenses upgraded. And upgrading to transition lenses was affordable! I highly recommend this place. Dr. Toppe was also very informative.

Midwest is amazing. They were quick, informative and very kind to me. Especially Karah Fields on the optic side. She helped me understand everything and what insurance was helping me with as well. I will definitely use Midwest as my eye doctor from now on.

I'm 63 years old. I have not been able to find such a great group of eye physicians as I have in Midwest Eye Consultants in Shelbyville, Indiana in several years. I'm so happy with the eye care, and the quality of Len's and frames. I give you all an A+......

Exceptional staff that preformed above and beyond their duties helping me get into a new pair of glasses (that I have not worn in more than 8 years!). They had the best selection of the "big names" in fashion frames as well as plenty of assistance in helping me find which frame looked the best on my face type. Very happy with my Marc Jacobs glasses! Will be going back for sure.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY GLASSES SINCE JANUARY. I HAD CHERYL IN OPTICAIL TAKE OVER ME , AS HER PATIENT. SHE GOT MY GLASSES RIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH HER AFTER 3 OTHER TIMES OF TRYING TO GET THE CORRECT FIT AND PRESCRIPTION. I WAS HAVING SO MANY HEADACHES WITH THE OTHER 3 PAIRS BUT WHEN SHE TOOK CARE OF ME 3 WEEKS AGO, SHE EXPLAINED ABOUT WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO AND SHE GOT THEM ORDERED AND WHEN I GOT THEM BACK, WITHIN 2 DAYS MY HEADACHE WAS GONE. I HAVEN'T HAD ONE SINCE. I WENT IN 8-3 AND TALKED TO HER PERSONAL TO LET HER KNOW THAT I NO LONGER HAVE THE HEADACHE AND HOW I WAS SO THANKFUL FOR HER. SO YOU NEED TO SEND HER AN APPRICATION LETTER AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU ALL DO TO YOUR ASSOCIATES FOR A JOB THAT SHE TOOK ON AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HELPING ME. THANK YOU CHERYL. IT MEANT SO MUCH TO ME. I CAN FINELY SEE AND NO MORE HEADACHES.

Dr. Toppe and his staff are top notch. They were friendly, efficient and professional. During the exam I felt comfortable asking questions and left feeling good about my vision for another year.

The staff is great with my kids and myself. They are very informative and take their time to with the kids. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful place so close to home. I recommend them to everyone.

Took care of my eyes after cataract surgery and got me new glasses. They really care about you and your eyesight and do their best to fit your eyes with what you like.

Dr. Toppe was professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam. He and his staff are approachable and have the patient’s best interest in mind at all times.
