Professional and excellent customer service. Extremely friendly, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend for any phone issues but also has a lot of great jewelry and other phone accessories. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need any phone repairs, they beat any competitor with service and price.

It is a great delight to be a customer of Shaban, the phone doctor. Three times, I have brought phones with serious problems, for him to repair. In two cases, he showed me that the issue was not as serious as I imagined, and fixed them for a very reasonable price. In the third case, there was a serious problem, but he took extra effort to try to fix it without causing a major expense.
In addition, Shaban is very interesting to talk with. He has a calm and peaceful approach to life that is refreshing and inspiring. Whenever I have a phone problem in the future, I will bring it to him.

I had a screen repaired for an iPhone with short notice. I called around 10:15 on a Friday, got there around 11:30, and it was done within minutes.The owner was so nice! He has reasonable prices and quick service, probably the best in the area. I recommend that you call Phone Doctor before the others, more than likely it’ll be a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

Cheap prices and great service. Dropped my phone off and repairs were done by the time i grabbed a bite from a food truck and came back. Price was low and fair, the lowest you can get for things like screen repair. The man who did the repair was nice and professional.

I came here on Friday at the last minute lol . I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who fixed my phone, but he was very friendly, humble and a people person. He fixed my phone in like 20 minutes. I was very happy with my service . I will definitely be back if I need my phone fixed . Also, good pricing compared to other places.

I came in for a screen replacement. I also got a screen protector and new case. Along with the affordable prices, I received great products, and amazing customer service. Shaman was great. He immediately saved my number and gave me a price before I arrived and was willing to stay open a little later if I got there past closing. Because of Shaban’s professionalism, customer service, and skill in his craft, I’m proud to say this will be the only phone accessory/repair store I will go back to. Thank you, Shaban.

Shaban has helped us multiple times with our phone troubles! I had a cracked phone screen and Shaban was able to replace the screen within an hour and accommodate my financial situation to give me a good price. Shaban is so friendly and it was a very good experience. A few weeks later, the phone dropped and cracked the screen again. We went back to Phone Doctor to see Shaban. He immediately offered to help. He offered to fix the screen again or provide us with a new phone for a reasonable price. We had another unlocked phone at home, so he said if the phone at home worked we could just come tomorrow and return the phone we just purchased for a refund. Luckily, the phone at home worked so we came back the next day to return the other phone. We have never had an issue here!
