Usually go thru drive-thru, but the staff are always so friendly and the coffee and donuts are a great way to start my day

Dunkins great. They work as fast as they can, better than most places. Coffees pretty good and if u don't like it, say something and they make it how you like it 💯

This is my neighborhood dunkin and they see us just about every dunkinday. The staff occasionally gives my daughter a donut or throw in some hash browns for free. Thank you dunkin Johnson highway.

This is the best, most consistent dunking around the Norristown area! I won't go anyway else fir my morning coffee!

I normally have a problem at the Dunkin I go to because either with the app or with the service and miscommunication between the staff. At this place, I didn't have a problem at all and the service was fast! It's small in there, but I was able to get the last table. It's very comfortable there!!

This is my GO TO DUNKIN!! The staff goes above & beyond for your order! I go out of my way nearly every morning to come here and I’m always greeted with the warmest welcoming. My coffee is always perfect and the staff here goes out of there way to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’ve never had any issues. A lot of Dunkin Donuts are hit or miss depending on who’s making your order but not this one! It’s gotten to the point where the staff knows my regular orders! Take the extra 5 minutes out of your morning to come here, you won’t regret it!

Ordered by the Dunkin app for pickup. Got there and the drive thru was busy. I got to the order box, told them I had a pickup and a dude popped out the back door and handed it to me. Fricking awesome service. I'd recommend going inside to pick up though. Less chance for exemplary service, but less frustration watching cars creep along.

This location is extremely busy, but the service is good and the place is well staffed, so they get you in and out quickly. I wouldn't recommend parking in the lot around the building, because the cars in the drive through will block you in. I can't ever remember my order being wrong. This is the best one in the area.

99% of the time your order is perfect. Drive through, mobile order, or walk-in before Covid. The staff are professional, courteous, and hard working. There is a very good reason this location is almost always busy! I'm moving out of the area soon and it will be tough to find a Dunkin as good as this one.

So happy they have the sausage Beyond sandwich. Order without egg and cheese to make it vegan. I like to have them add jelly. The flavored coffee options are limited for vegan and in my opinion are just too sweet. But, ok in a pinch. They sell stainless straws in bright pink and orange. Cute, but the paint chipped easily while you're drinking. Still, 5 stars from me for the Beyond. It's so nice to be able to enjoy something like that on the go.

I just ran across the parking lot to get a quick latte while waiting at the DMV. I ordered a blueberry crisp iced latte. While I was paying I got to watch the barista put together my concoction. I have to say, I drank it too fast to post a picture, but the presentation was amazing. This girl deserves credit for making a beverage order this quickly look and taste so amazing. Thank you. Ordered 10 minutes ago on this date stamp.

I go to this dunkin every morning for my coffee. I love the employees at this dunkin, they are really good hearted, kind people and because of them and the great service i won't go to any other dunkin. If i could give more stars i would.

I love there breakfast wraps in their coffee in the service there is nice and fast and if people are very kind I give them a thumbs up

Excellent customer service other Dunkin Donuts should really learn from this one because they open up at 4 a.m. every morning it really helps for the people who have to get to work early who are trying to pick up breakfast or just a small snack as breakfast

Xfinity made it easy for us to get to the king of Prussia location. Once we were there our time was very pleasant. We were treated with curtusy and respect.
