Davis & Reed exceeded our expectations for our build. They were a new company when we came to them, still establishing themselves in the market, so we didn’t know what to expect. The quality of materials & craftsmanship that went into our home was beyond what we could’ve asked for. I had a vision for my cabinets & they executed those flawlessly. Even the concrete work was done beautifully. They went the extra mile on more than one occasion to make sure we were happy with the results. 😊 you will not be disappointed with the end product!

5 stars all across the board. Bryce has been an amazing person to us even with the bumps in the road. I was never out of the loop of what was going on, I was always getting updates and he was a huge help to when it came to choosing what to do for the roof. Anytime I had a question he would either find the answer or already had the answer. Tom was also a huge help by coming out and patching up a hole in the roof to guarantee safeness through the rain storms and winter weather and put our minds at ease so we didn’t have to constantly put buckets out. All around I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof done cause as soon as the material came in they dropped them off at the house and the next day their team came out and hustled it all in one day. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new roof. We will definitely be going through them when it comes time to redoing the kitchen for their cabinets. Great team very respectful and reliable.

Davis & Reed are absolutely wonderful! They built us a custom home of incredible quality unique to us. The entire crew was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process- they made it a breeze! We really enjoyed building with them and highly recommend to anyone!

Davis and Reed Homes were a joy to work with. They designed our new home from scratch and listened to every detail we requested. They have a few designers on staff who helped us with design details on our new home. We had the best building experience with them, and we will do it again.

Davis and Reed built my husband and I an absolutely stunning home. Ana and the design team took our ideas and organized every selection into a master piece. The process was simple and easy. We are so happy with how our new home turned out.

We hired Davis and Reed to put our new roof on after a tree came through it. They are very easy to work with. Very detailed right down to clean up. They really listened to what we wanted. Their products are definitely the best, with the best warranty. We would definitely hire them again.

I had my kitchen remodeled with Davis and Reed Homes and was extremely satisfied with their work. The company went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the design, and their cabinet designer did an amazing job creating the kitchen of my dreams. The cabinets used were of high quality and the Cambria quartz countertops left me breathless.

I have worked along side Colby, Kenan, & Ray on a few projects now and they have been amazing to work with and most importantly they build a very nice/quality home. These two combos are hard to find consistently! Strongly recommend building with Davis & Reed

We love our ultra modern home. Davis and Reed did a wonderful job customizing a design we fell in love with. We truly enjoyed working with the entire design team during the selection process.

Kenan Davis was outstanding to work with! He explained everything, worked within my budget, told me how or where I could cut costs or where to put my money to get the biggest bang for my buck on my kitchen remodel. When I expressed concerns he was quick to figure out where miscommunication happened or what he could do to address my concerns. The project did take a little longer than anticipated with growing pains of the business but his team lead communicated what was being worked on and when so we felt like we were kept in the loop and didn’t feel forgotten about. The end results was worth the extra two weeks of project time. I truly appreciate how hard Ken worked before, during, and following up with me on our project!

Thanks to the team at Davis and Reed, we are absolutely delighted with our kitchen remodel. The finished project turned out even better than what we had imagined. They were very responsive to our wishes and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results of their work.

Review update: We are deep into our build and I will tell you that you will not find a building team who will work harder for you on every front. They not only knock it out of the park in their work ethic, but they have demonstrated amazing patience, grace, and appropriate professionalism in dealing with some of my out-of-the-box ideas on our custom build. They continue to build with the excellence that I had experienced from the start. Again, we are so grateful to be working with them. I wholeheartedly recommend Davis and Reed Homes! (I'd still give them more than five stars if I could! :-D )

This is my review after the first months:
We are in the beginning steps of building our barndominium and I can't say how grateful we are to be working with this company. They knock it out of the park in every aspect. They were extremely helpful and patient with all my ideas on our custom design. I just watched the excavator this morning and I was so impressed with how precise and detailed he was to get it right. We are confident that we will continue to see this kind of excellence from this company. I'd give them more than five stars if I could. :-D

Davis and Reed are currently building our dream home. They honestly were the only builders we could find that offered it all. They have all the fancy design tools, offer top of the line products, and so many more things…without losing that personable, friendly and caring touch. Kenan, one of the owners, was the first one I talked to and he was honest and very helpful. Ray, another owner, is so knowledgeable and someone we knew we could trust from the beginning. Colby, the director of operations, has always been so helpful and easy to work with. Ana, one of the designers, provides so much input and has helped us with so many of the difficult decisions. Jen and all of the other staff I have worked with are just so kind and friendly. They are a military friendly business that has worked around my crazy Army schedule. Our job site has always been clean and their contractors have been top in the business. Our build is on schedule and in budget. Can’t say enough good things.

This is my 4th house build and must say that this is the best builder I have worked with so far. The trim guys did exceptional work. Overall, I am very pleased on how my house turned out.

We had a great experience with Davis & Reed Homes for our Basement Remodel/finishing our basement! This was my husband and I's first home renovation so we didn't know what to expect and had A LOT of questions at the beginning and throughout the project.

The whole team was great at answering our questions and solving any problems/challenges that arose throughout the remodel. Any time we had questions they were willing to walk us through the process/what was happening, what was to come, etc. Our basement looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the work done, and the team at Davis & Reed.

We hired Davis and Reed Homes to replace three post on our front porch and repair the sides next to our garage door that had been damaged by Carpenter ants. Kenan and Ray listen to all of our concerns and needs. They informed us how they would be able to rectify our situation. They were efficient, thorough, professional and extremely personable during all of our encounters. Their quote was reasonable and in line with other companies. We decided to go with them because we felt that they were more attentive to our concerns. We were extremely pleased after the completion of our project and would not hesitate to hire them for other projects that we would like to complete in the future.

Davis & Reed Homes are an incredible company to work with. They are very professional and it was a pleasure having them work on my home. Will definitely use them again!
