I love this place, it gets packed but they work to get the customers in and out. The workers goes up and beyond especially if you need with minor stuff on your car , even help put your battery in. Never complaints , there good in my eyes. Ps: if you get a rewards card that comes in handy ; especially for big purchases. So use it every time you go.

Guy named Frederick helped me install new windshield wipers on a 2012 Nissan Rogue in the parking lot of Auto Zone 5268 on Sept. 3, 2023. My thanks to him!

I am a single mom of two kids. One is severely autistic. I have been driving around with no headlight for months because I couldn’t afford to take it to the shop. I went to this location spur of the moment just to ask if they sold them because I was going to try to do it myself. Come to find out I had to headlights out.
An associate named J sold me the light and then offered to put it in for me. It was a difficult thing to do because of the type of car I have, but he didn’t give up. I even told him that he didn’t have to do it and he told me That he was here to help me. He was so kind Cory who I think was the manager came out to check on him to make sure he was OK and to also check on me. These two men made my entire day. It’s people like them that give you hope

I was helped by someone new and when she didn’t know what I was looking for she went to get her manager Colleen to assist and I was done within minutes. I appreciate customer service like this because she didn’t let me leave with the wrong part she made sure I left with exactly what I came for and in a timely manner.

I came in earlier in the day to purchase a battery for my truck. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, Bianca. (Store Manager) She was very warm and welcoming. The best Autozone I have ever been to! The managers Ralph and Colleen were so helpful in helping me install my brake light bulbs. Even with a lot of customers in the store they moved quickly and helped get me in and out of the store. I will definitely be coming here for all of my automotive needs.

I needed a battery and wipers put in my car. It took about 8 minutes tops and I was on my way . The employees are friendly. The store is clean and organized. This store manager is doing a great job. my #1 store

Called here to ask for a driver side power lock actuator, was on hold for about 15 minutes (totally understand with employee shortage!) But the cashier was very friendly and soft spoken when she actually got to my call . I wish remembered her name. When I got there to pick up my part they were only 3 emoloyees, busy store and the phone ringing like crazy but the employees were smiling, being friendly and professional !! KUDOS TO THOSE 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING THAT STORE ON 7/16/21 after 5pm

This Autozone is the best I have been to! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and the nice young gentleman Erik helped me find the correct oil and filter for my car. HE even told me about a deal where I could get the air filter too!
