The drinks here taste very well. I ordered Match Cookie Cheese and my husband ordered egg coffee. The coffee is strong with the uniqueness of the egg-like texture cream on top creating an overall new and intriguing flavor profile. Highly recommended!

Open during the day and the warm egg coffee was banging. Not too sweet, luxuriously creamy. Really enjoyed this. I like that there are a ton of options that the big brand stores don’t usually offer either! Nice atmosphere, friendly workers. Def recommend supporting local businesses!

I love love love ❤ BB Tee house. The decor is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The staff are super friendly and most importantly the drinks are so delicious. My fav’s are the Peach tea w/ mango Pearl and the Ferrero Frappe. I can’t wait to try more.

Not too often do you find a small business bubble tea and coffee shop. Great service, fresh boba and coffees. Our go tos are Vietnamese egg coffee and Green Thai Milktea with bubbles and less sugar. Delicious!!!

Easy parking outside on street and close to the Patco if you're on foot. Room inside for small groups. Great spot for after dinner. :)

Great bubble tea place! Better than a chain, wish you had a location closer to us! Very friendly staff, great drinks! The frothed milk in the hot oolong bubble milk tea is a game changer and a soothing drink on a cool, Fall day! Highly recommended!

Every time we've gone we've had great customer service, and the drinks are delicious! The first time we went, we'd never had bubble tea before and the employee helped us with the menu and their recommendations. Theres so many options. I ordered the Brulee cream with black pearl, and it was delicious. Will definitely be going again!

My favorite tea and coffee place! They seriously make the best Bubble Tea I’ve ever had. The roasted coconut crème brûlée bubble tea is AMAZING. The staff are super nice. This cute little tea/coffee shop is spotless, welcoming, and has a few tables and chairs and nice music playing. Highly recommend!!

I love this place. They rival any place I got tea in the city, and every drink I’ve gotten so far has been delicious, and very well made. I recommend the brûlée milk tea and the coffee matcha latté. Bonus points for a very pleasant atmosphere in the café while you wait for your drink or if you just want to sit and watch the activity out on Haddon Ave. highly recommend and definitely give them a try.

Got the Ferrero frappe and the mango milk tea. The Ferrero frappe was, according to my coworker, tasty and the mango milk tea is one that I always get for myself and always enjoy from this location. The staff were really polite and prompt in preparing my drinks as well. Thank you for always providing my delicious after lunch snack!

I love anything guava lol I tried their guava green tea a couple weeks ago & been OBSESSED ever since. Doordash showed they were closed but they weren’t, so I contacted them and they fixed it literally within 2 minutes so I could order on doordash. Excellent customer service and the tastiest guava green tea as usual. Also my first time trying these donuts and they are BOMB lmao. Thank you again!

really cute bubble tea/coffee establishment! i have always heard of this place but never got to check it out until recently and it's becoming one of my favorite shops. i tried the white coffee with coffee jelly and it's amazing. it definitely has a strong coffee flavor (i think vietnamese coffee), so if you're in need of a caffeine boost, i recommend coming here. i originally wanted to try the egg coffee, but they told me they didn't have it. i tried checking their online ordering system for a couple days and it seems like they haven't had it in a while. i've been enjoying egg coffee a lot recently from other places and i was a bit disappointed that they didn't have it, but i hope it comes back soon! the atmosphere is also very chill if you want to do some work or hang out with friends. overall, i recommend it and would come back soon.

Fruit bubble tea is not overly sweet, which is my personal favorite way to have any tea.
