Every time I come here the African American tall gentleman with a mask on and facial hair / beard at the food pickup window is so awesome . He always waves to my 2 overly excited boys and makes sure I’m all good with everything in the bags etc . One time my order was placed wrong and he took the time to go run back to the kitchen and grab me the extra food for free that was necessary. Great customer service from him I wish I got his name !

Food is always hot!!! Staff is very courteous!!

All around great experience. Had to order the same meal twice just to make sure it was good. Fresh both times.

My daughter would live off of McDonald's if she could! Lol, I always bypass the ones close to home just to come here. The staff is always nice and the line moves quickly. The food is always fresh and hot!!

Just renovated this one mid 2019. Came out real nice and comfortable but removed the kids play pen area which caused a big issue with lots of parents. I think it turned out nice with the modern feel and the double drive thru ordering system. Also this location has electronic ordering as well as a cashier.

The crew working here are always friendly! They get the orders correct and process them quickly. Cool!

Very good food sometimes if we can be cold or moderate but still good but the hot fudge ice cream and McFlurries are amazing 🤩

Fast service and everyone was so friendly! They noticed my dog in the back seat and instantly offered a pup cup!

Yes, I'm rating a McDonalds a 5!
At lunch they were fast and the young man, in a tie, who I gather is manager was so, so pleasant at the drive thru window.
Their service us always friendly and the food is good.

The fries there are always hot n fresh thr Hi C orange drink and the frozen drinks are the bomb

Great service and fresh food!! But the playground area takes it over the top!!! There are no other McDonald's around with a playground so if they ever lose this one, they will definitely lose customers.. I travel out of my way to come here because of the playground!! Love it here!!

I mostly order on app and pick up myself.
Store manager is very friendly and concerned with maintaining a high level of customer service .

All the food was hot and prepared quickly despite the line. We got plenty of sauce. It felt like pre COVID McDonald's.

I go here every time Mt.Ephraim’s McDonald’s falls short.They have never disappointed me or my friends and almost always have their ice cream machine working. And the workers are really sweet most of the time

The Walls look good and shiny
I like the coke machine because it gives me coke.
I love how in the playroom, you can swing like a monkey from the ceiling.
The sandwich wrapper taste good, if you dont mind a little grease.
I like to watch the tv over the counter but they always seem to be showing the same action movie but it keeps restarting before reaching the end.

The only thing I dont like is that the monkey inside the playroom seems to have bin screaming the last three years strait and sometimes leave presents for us to find.

We never got food because we broke down in front blocking the entry to mc Donald's. Your help was so helpful and pushed us out of the way. Thanks to those 4 guys that pushed us !!! Mc Donald's made point to me. :)

The food was hot and goid the prices was reasonable and the people who work there was very friendly. I do recommend this business to family and friends.

Great egg McMuffin. Salads good too. Mike D's hamburgers the worst for your health.But I do not eat burgers at McDonald's places. Only buger places I eat at that are good are Ten dollar burgers or more. If they sold a premium healthy beef burger the customers that do not eat fast food would pay the price for real home made ones. We do not eat most fast food. But how can you destroy an egg?

Very fast and friendly service. Fries were delicious, very salty. In and out in probably the quickest time I have had at McDonald's
