I've been using the Haddonfield Rd. in Cherry Hill location on and off for the past 15 years and the service is always great. It's not flashy, it's not loud...take in your car, get work done (quickly), good price. Every person I've ever talked to has been very chill, very up front, and not pushy about additional services as long as you're not endangering yourself or others on the road. A++, big thumbs up!

Called Pep Boys due to low pressure in one of my tires. They were able to take care of problem in about half hour and also did a courtesy overall review of the car. Was updated via text while they were working on the car. everyone was pleasant and efficient. The only problem was they never reset my tire pressure gauge so I have to make another trip there for that to be done.

Very kind workers! They helped fix my boyfriend’s light super quickly when we showed up earlier than our appointment time. Super professional and some of the best experience when getting the car fixed. Shoutout to Kamran for helping us! Highly recommend!

I would like to shout out Kamran! I was in the process of buying a car and I brought it to this Pep Boys located in cherry hill for a PPI after another mechanic canceled on me last minute. He took his time to answer all of my questions, he made sure that the report was accurate and complete and he even gave me some information about the car that I was buying and problems that might arise. Thanks to him I was able to come to a decision and I was able to buy a safe and reliable car. As a first time car owner, I can 100% say that Pep Boys has earned my business and I will be coming here for all of my car needs! Thanks again Kamran!

OK, coming from Bordentown and I knew it was their busiest days on Saturday... but, they were the only location out of 4 others in the area that squeezed me in between jobs/appointments!

I previously had 2 tires mounted/balanced at the edgewater park location (at the same time they replaced an alternator under warranty)

They didnt do a great job on that aspect since the wife noticed wobble at highway speeds, sad.

She works mon-fri, so i had to wait until a free Saturday was available & i unmounted the 2 tires to find out original wheel weights were still on the inner side of the rims~ on top of new wheel weights around them, gasp!

Loose rims and the Acura SUV on jack stands in the driveway, i started calling around from closest location (Bordentown) but they're too busy. Same with Lumberton & Maple Shade & the original store who "balanced" the tire / rim assemblies (Edgewater Park).

Those locations wanted me to leave it overnight & pick them up on Sunday, but I told them I can wait until closing at 1900 so a tech can mount them to the balancer machine in between jobs (while waiting for parts).

I called Cherry Hill location & a service writer, Milad A, understood the assignment to say "YES, no guarantees to get it done today but we can check the tire/rim balance (under warranty)."

So I rolled into the service desk to be greeted by Milad & the service manager, Kamran M and i showed him the 2 loose rims/tires with the original wheel weights still on them.

They generated a warranty work order and I left them to go shopping/browsing at the nearby stores.

Came back an hour later just to check the status & they had no problem squeezing in the task & re-balance them correctly (while one mechanic, Jairo C, was waiting on parts to finish an appointment job)

Thanked Kamran and handed him some cash to give to the mechanic for getting it done the same day... long drive back up to Bordentown to remount the balanced tires/rims before dusk :)

very professional managers and techs, affordable, timely, quality work and nice updates and a obvious sense of urgency, willing to work with you and they keep the customers finances in mind which is very nice, easily 5star service and performance on everybody from the beginning to the end of my visit, felt really nice and wonderful to be very honest, I'd not been to this location prior to my visit and was skeptical however hopeful and I'm glad I chose this shop for my needs I was surprised at how good they are, thank you very much, to the guys at the counter, and the guys "backstage"

The staff is excellent. They do a great job and always keep the customer updated throughout the process. They are extremely easy to work with. It’s always a pleasure bringing my car in for service. I made my appointment online and was seen at my appointment time. I needed tires and they gave me an estimated wait time which I appreciated and was done in that time. They told me the services that had to be done to my car soon, which I greatly appreciated. I loved the timely way they handled my car.

Had a rough time at a different Pep Boys location who actually suggested this Cherry Hill location (wow). I must say they didn’t disappoint! Within 1 day I knew what the issues were and the repair plan. The next day my car was repaired!

The team took their time explaining the repairs to me and was super nice. I felt heard and felt they cared. I will definitely return but hopefully no time soon.

We had an amazing experience here. Our car battery died in the middle of a thunderstorm while we were traveling from out of state. Sing took us in close to closing time and treated us with kindness and patience and charged us a fair price. He and Pep Boys were life savers and if we lived closer we would definitely come back!

I pulled in with a leak on my front passenger tire. After discovering a nail in tire, there was a quick patch and back on the road within an hour. I appreciate the customer service and the frequent text informing me of the progress of my car.

Went in for a fairly simple fix, valve stem repair. The guys got us right in and the repair was just their tire repair fee. Very impressed on how willing they were to help and personable they gentleman out front was. I would go back for other repairs.

Malid and his crew were excellent, very professional with outstanding customer service. I live in Philly but happened to stop by this Pepboys for a brake check after picking my truck up from Holman Lincoln. I told Malid that going forward I will take a trip to Jersey to come to this Cherry Hill location. They're 100x better than the store I used to go to go Philly.

Phenomenal experience and quick service! Sing and his team were able to patch a tire and a replace another in under 30 minutes, on my way home for the day. Everyone was friendly and understanding, while taking the time to get explain my options and show the extent of the damage. Can't thank you all enough!

I am a visitor from Dubai. I came here for the first time to change engine oil. The manage (LEVI)was cooperative, helpful, and friendly. The service was great. They are honest, fair, and they have affordable prices. They are really professionals at work.
