Daina and her crew are great. Everyone was excellent to work with. Timely, thorough, and affordable. If there was ever a time that I'd call or anything I needed, they took care of me. I would highly recommend the Glass Guru to anyone looking for window or door repairs and replacements. This is coming from someone who has had their fair share of shady window companies in the past. I'll spare the competitors reputations, but I'm sure you've received their mailers in your mailbox before if you get where I am going with this. The Glass Guru is a group of professionals. Their installers talked me through the whole process. They were quick; they were friendly; and they cleaned up after themselves both days that they were at my house working on my window repairs. A small business mindset, they are truly customer first. There was a mistake made on day one of the job, and before I could even notice it, they alerted me and let me know that they were taking care of things. I had my side door windows replaced,’and they did a great job! They was a little problem with installation, But no fault of theirs. They called in some reinforcements, and took care of my problem. The windows look great

I would definitely suggest window Guru to my friends and have already revered two people! From my first call to the install completion I had a great experience!! Very informative, professional, on time, etc.! So happy I found them!

They have been very easy to work with and understand that when completing windows for a whole house we needed to break up installs/payments etc. The office has been great to schedule and the installers were personable and efficient. We will be completing our project by summer for the whole house and I would use them again for any other projects should they come up.

As a side note we did have a window that was damaged in shipping and they were great and making sure problem was fixed in a timely matter so that it didn't delay install.

Glass Guru was able to schedule me promptly for an install of warranty replacement glass for a few windows in my house. The technician was punctual and courteous. No complaints, would hire again if I needed the service!

I contacted The Glass Guru in Greenwood, via an on-line request, to see if a cracked pane in one of my sliding windows could be repaired, versus replacing the entire window given it's age. I received a response from the company the next morning and within a couple of days I had an estimate in hand to replace the damaged pane. The estimate was reasonable, and despite the original projection that it might take a couple of weeks to order and get the replacement glass, the technician, Eric Buehling, was able to locate the glass sooner than expected, and my window was evaluated and repaired in about a week. I was pleased with the quality of their work and for their availability to assess the damaged window promptly. I would think it very likely that I would use this company again for any glass-related problems in the future.

Professional, expeditious and friendly. I needed a repair at my mom’s home. The repair was made within two hours of my initial phone call. My mom was happy, which meant I was happy! I haven’t need their skills again yet, but I am already a return customer.

An incredible company from beginning to end! I could not ask for a better experience. From the initial phone call, the woman who answered was so friendly and helpful with setting up a time to come look at our window to be fixed. The estimate man, Christopher was super helpful and courteous. Then the window installation man, Steely was very professional and quick. The estimate happened on March 10th and the window was fixed on March 23rd. Even quicker than anticipated. We called several other companies and the work was months out and they were not friendly. I would recommend The Glass Guru for every window need!! Thank you!
