McDonald's

I went through the McDonald's drive through earlier today and had to pay with a 100 dollar bill. I realized only when I was 30 minutes away they accidently short-changed me 20 dollars. I went back a couple hours later and had to go inside while they counted the register. The manager was very nice and apologetic. Luckily, they found my 20 dollars! I should've counted my change right after, lesson learned, but I'm thankful for the experience following that.

Great location. Best food from McDonald's in years. We've been to a few Shultz locations, this is by far the best so far.

This is one of the best McDonalds in the area. Fresh, hot food. Courteous employees. Clean restaurant. Definitely impressed!

I work nearby this location and come here often. Today, they were very busy, but everyone seemed to be having fun. The food was quick and very good. The manager was letting all the employees know that they were doing a great job. That was cool to see.

It took a few minutes to order, but we really weren't in a hurry. The manager told us he had 27 employees quit due to school. We did get our food very quickly & it was hot! The manager was working his buns off. He did an excellent job with the few staff he had working. I know they were working very hard as well. Thank you!

Very pleased. Service was quick. Cashier even brought our food to our table. Much better service than the one near our home in n orth muskegon. Their service went down as soon as the pandemic and has never returned .

Went to the drive-through got a big order. They got everything corrected. It was hot. I’m very pleased and the staff was wonderful.

Stormy was an absolute delight! They were incredibly kind, speedy, and overall a super kind human!!

Placed a large order for 13 people! Breakfast 🥞 🧇 which, how can you go wrong with McDonald’s breakfast? You can’t! Location did a great job 👏🏾

Amazing service! Friendly and actually had chitchat with me & made me evening! Also, I got the nugget meal and the nuggets were all in a nice row & gave me 3 sauces.. 3! Whoot woot! Awesome :)

I go here a few times a month because it's quick and easy and I work just down the street. I don't think I have ever been inside at the store but my experiences in the Drive-Thru has always been good and I have always been helped quickly and have never had any issues here.

I visited 9/5/18, at around 5:15 pm. The young woman, who appeared to be the manager, was running drive through and counter alone. She not only greeted me with a smile, she was pleasant during the process despite being busy at the drive thru. Truly impressive and McDonalds needs more team members like her. I didn't get a chance to thank you in person as you were...well...busy. Thank you!

Freshest French fries I have had in months! Fast service and friendly employees. Outside of the building could use a fresh and brighter color of paint.

They got my order right.The ketchup dispenser was missing but they were on top of it and offered me packets with my meal. There was a nice variety of seating options. The bathroom had both toilet paper and hooks to hang your purse/coat (seems like many mcdonalds in the area have one or the other). I was really pleased with my visit.

Absolutely amazing.
By a margin, the classiest McDonald's I've ever been in. (I know, I never thought I'd use those two words together either.)

I hargly ever go to McDonald's anymore because I am always disappointed. Today I took my granddaughter before doing a vendor show and I was completely surprised. We had the best service, hot food that tasted fresh and it was suprisingly great overall.

The lady who gave us our food was very polite and nice and the fries are great :)
