Lilyana is a very good waitress. She’s very kind, polite and anticipated our needs things that we needed without us asking she definitely deserves a raise. Thank you for such a great service

I love Russ's! I go to a different one quite regularly, but this was my first time at this one. Whenever I go for lunch or dinner I always get the Reuben sandwich. Even though I've had it dozens of times I swear this was the best one I've ever had. The fries were also the best I ever had. I was in Russ's restaurant heaven LOL. Very good stuff. My only complaint that I could come up with would have to be that the bathrooms were super cold. It was a warm day out and they must have cranked the air conditioners in the bathroom. Considering the sensitive nature of the body part that makes contact with the toilet it was rather uncomfortable LOL. But that was a rather minor detail.

I used to work here for a while and ate here even longer, over 10 years!

The food is always hot and fresh and makes with the same care as a home cooked feast.

The environment is super friendly and just an awesome place all around.

The deserts and soups, as well as the good, are diverse and pack a huge punch when it comes to flavor and deliciousness.

Russ' Restaurant is a staple of my childhood. I have such good memories there with my grandparents, and now as an adult with my parents and my kids. They even employed me for five years as my first job! This place is a bedrock of the Greater Grand Rapids, Holland and Muskegon area. Everyone I have been to is a wonderful experience.

Amazing fish & chips. Salad bar was fresh and loaded. Our server Tracy was smiling and made us feel at home. We had no room ... but ordered dessert 🍨

Russ' has always been a family favorite. Great food at decent prices. Staff is always great and it's a nice quiet place to enjoy your meal or a nice conversation.

Even with this restaurant being old. It is still very clean inside and out. Food and service is always good.

Good atmosphere,very clean my wifes favorite soup is here. The waitress was on her game when taking are order.

Russ' is always on point! Their onion rings are the very best in town. Customer service cannot be beat.

Gravy (real foodies will call this as Espagnole)

Sweet corn
Apple sauce
Russ’ amazing dinner rolls
A whole apple pie

Using the old double quarterpounder rule (if you are really hungry you get two quarterpounders) this will feed six people at feast level comfortably. It could stretch to eight without being a big deal.

I added Mac and Cheese, (almost as good as my own) cole slaw, and a whole pumpkin pie.

I was only feeding four, so three days have passed and we still have not finished the leftovers.

Russ’ has always been one of my go to places for good food at a fair price.

It still is.

(Now if I could only get them to wash my dishes for me (just kidding))

I really only like coming here because its nice and quiet and everyone is nice. Everytime in in the area we have lunch or breakfast.

I love Russ's and this location is a hit. I ordered through Door dash and when I got there to pick it up they let me know I could save money by ordering through the website instead. I was thrilled and will definitely do that next time.
The food was exactly what was ordered and it even looked like the pictures. I was late picking it up my order but my food was still delicious and warm.
The dining area is dated but kept in good order. Even the buffet was clean and organized for the next day's service. The tables are all kept well and booths looked in good shape too.
Next time I need a quick bite in that side of the city I will definitely stop on for a better review.
I ordered the fish and chips dinner and my partner had the Julianne Salad and both were amazing. They also have a drive thru in case you can't order ahead.

Very spacious with good like home cooking, quite and relaxing atmosphere.

Our waitress Alexis was awesome. She provided excellent service and was very pleasant. She kept a genuine smile even though it was obvious that she was the only waitress in our section of the restaurant an on a Saturday afternoon at that. I was pleased to see that others from the manager and the lady attending to the salad bar were also helping out. I have worked in the restaurant industry so I know the value of a hands on manager such as Sara M. An staff working as a team. Everyone has there specific job, but it should be all hands on deck when needed and that's seems the way this restaurant operates. As prices go they are reasonable. My husband and I gladly recommend This Russ restaurant.
