Princess jewelers was amazing! They took my old engagement ring and band, and used them to design and create a gorgeous diamond halo necklace. They also took my two diamond bands that only had diamonds on the front sides, and crafted a stunning and delicate eternity band. They were fast and meticulous - done within 2 weeks.
In addition, they helped us find an absolutely unique and beautiful band to match the new diamond ring my husband gave me. They had an amazing eye for a band that would be a perfect match!

The Princess Jewelers team is extremely trustworthy and honest. Both Sita and Connie helped my fiance and I with my engagement ring and wedding band, and we will be back to get his wedding band in the near future. My family recommended that we go to Princess and we are so happy that we did (and will continue to do so). Due to budget concerns, I had always thought that we would start out with Blue Nile, but am so glad that we didn't. At Princess, we are able to get our jewelry maintained and cleaned every time we walk in. For our 20th wedding anniversary my husband wanted to have my wedding set redone, went to Princess Jewelers after several friends recommended them. I worked with Connie and together we designed a new engagement ring and two eternity bands. She was so patient with me and really took the time to make sure I would be 100% happy with my new rings. I am SO happy with the outcome, my rings are everything I wanted and more! Plus I can switch them up and wear them in different ways which is just an added bonus. This jewelry store was recommended to me by my boss. This place and the people who work here are both classy and unpretentious. Connie helped me and my now wife to pick our wedding bands. We highly suggest that everyone goes to Princess Jewelers in Vienna. I had a great experience with Connie Oh and her staff. I brought my (now) fiancé there back in February and Connie was able to help us by writing down some notes, I brought her notes back in July and purchased an amazing engagement ring. When I finally decided to propose to my girlfriend after 6 years of dating, I was clueless about where to find a ring. I was referred to Princess Jewelers by a friend of mine, who recently got married. I decided to check it out, not knowing anything about this kind of thing, and I was not disappointed. I met Sitha, who suggested that I design a custom ring with her. I was quite apprehensive as I did not know anything about ring design, but Sitha helped me every step of the way. She spent lots of time teaching me about settings and diamond quality and going over the different ring options with me. I had a pretty strict budget and she worked with me to make sure I got the best design and quality within my budget. She never tried to push me past my limit and instead, gave me options that were within my reach. Her attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. We discussed every single detail of the ring and she would re-sketch the design every time we would make a change. She even called me after a design visit to confirm again that I wanted four prongs and not six prongs. She truly wanted my ring to be exactly what I was picturing. One of my original worries with designing a custom ring was that I thought that it would take months to make. However, I was able to get my ring done from scratch in a little over a week, which was amazing. Sitha promised to make the ring exactly how I wanted it and even said she would redo it over and over again until I was happy, but when I saw the ring for the first time, I knew it was already perfect. I would definitely recommend Princess Jewelers to anyone who is looking to design a custom ring or any piece of jewelry. I couldn’t have had a better experience. And if anyone was wondering, she said yes! :)

I love Princess Jewelers! After months of going to “jewelers” (who were really just retailers) in search of an anniversary band, a friend suggested Princess Jewelers. What a difference! Sitha, Connie and Lee bring a level of experience, expertise and customer service that is second to none. Was referred here by a friend who is a long time customer, and I had a great experience! After visiting multiple jewelry shops in the area we decided to go with Princess and I love my wedding band. They custom made it in just under 2 weeks. It looked great but to make it perfect it needed some adjustments and they were able to make those in just a week. Connie designed a way to extend gold chain necklace, that is no longer made and cannot be extended by adding more chain, by using channel set diamonds to lengthen it by an inch. Beautifully and artfully done. I'm so happy to be able to wear this necklace again, a gift from my dad. I highly recommend Princess Jewelers for their expertise, quality jewelry, and personalized customer service.

I recently worked with Ms. Connie to produce a custom design that I had in mind of a pearl necklace, bracelet and earnings for my wife’s birthday. I wanted my wife’s birthstone to be integrated into the set and Connie did an OUTSTANDING job of putting it all together for me.

The craftsmanship was absolutely top notch but in addition Connie’s knowledge and skill her charming personality and commitment to customer satisfaction made it a very pleasurable experience for me as a customer. I have been a fan of Princess Jewelers for 20+ years and have purchased several pieces during that time (rings, watches, earrings). I went it for the first time in a long while to get some jewelry repaired. And though my former favorite person (Virginia) retired a few years ago, I was so happy to connect with Connie! She made suggestions for my jewelry repair and helped me find a beautiful pair of diamond studs, choosing a style and setting totally different than the pair I've worn for more than a decade. My friend turned me onto Connie and her beautiful work. I had been searching for a jeweler to take pieces that I already had and update them to pieces that I would love to wear again. When I wanted a custom made anniversary band, I went to many jewelers making inquiries - got some tremendously high prices and no design ideas. A friend recommended Princess Jewelers. Princess Jewelers listened to the general idea of what I wanted and drew me a perfect design and then created a wax model/mold. The finished product was absolutely perfect, and the price was more reasonable than any place I checked. I was so pleased I entrusted them with work on my grandmother's diamond engagement ring, which her great-granddaughter became engaged with. Princess Jewelers is now redesigning my engagement ring to incorporate stones from my mother's. The design ideas were great (when I wanted something that would not work, they were able to explain why). I approved the estimated cost, and the actual cost was about $200 less than that. HIGHLY RECOMEND!
