Amazon Prime package was not delivered with the excuse given as ‘animal interference’. Our driveway is long with more than adequate room outside the gate to leave a package where the dogs do not have access, should the driver take the time to travel up the lane.
This excuse has been given in the past when we were gone and the dogs were with me. No dogs were present at the property.
Amazon should consider ending contracted delivery as Hermiston USPS is unable to fulfill the obligation. All other delivery services deliver to the house and on time, including UPS, Fed Ex, water delivery, etc.

Shipped my TV in a box that I bought from Home Depot that said TV/Picture. Sent it out from Hawaii the day before I left. 7 days later tracking said it was still in Hawaii, minutes later mail lady shows up with it. It was the rural delivery person. She loaded my TV into her jeep (layed down flat), and loaded all the other box's, and packages on top of it....not happy with her decision.
