I realize that I booked my passport appointment at a good time in between rush hours, but regardless of that, the folks there were sharp and super efficient. They made my life easier and improved my quality of life. This Post Office is strongly recommended.

Everything was great! Our appointment was for 1hr. We had four people, it took 45 minutes to do everything: photos, paperwork, etc. Mark was the staff member that helped us. Mark was fast, efficient, and friendly.

I showed up understanding that I had an appointment but the USPS website which I scheduled through apparently required some extra confirmation code which I never saw. I was not actually scheduled in the system, though I had a screenshot showing I was...
I am grateful to Mark for working to balance assisting me with their busy location at the time I was there. He never expressed any impatience or frustration, was kind and efficient at helping me get my application in. Given that I was using my lunch break to dash in to that appointment, Mark's actions meant I got back to work on time and saved me an additional trip.
Not every day is a good day, but I believe every day has something good in it, and on that day Mark was the good I needed.

Mark was the absolute best. He was so patient with us when getting our passports. Things got a bit mixed up but he made it work and I greatly appreciate him. This was for sure the best experience I’ve had at the post office. He definitely deserves a raise!

I have only had pleasant experiences at this post office (which cannot be said about all post offices). I have bought stamps, sent packages, shipped large amounts of wedding invites, and everything has always been taken care of in a quick and easy process.

We chose this post office to get a passport for our baby based on online reviews. As others have said, mark was super helpful and efficient during the process. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!

Thought I finished process of appointment for passport, but unfortunately did not. Arrived at post office and was told we were not on schedule.. could have been sent away, but Mark was AWESOME!! He told us if we wanted to wait he could fit us in.. Handled everything perfectly! THANK YOU MARK!!

We thought that we had a 10am appointment for a passport, but unfortunately we did not “confirm” the appointment. We are two working parents with three children, and making time in our schedule for an appointment is not easy to say the least. The staff at the Bridgeville location bent over backwards and adjusted their schedule to fit us in. We are so thankful for their flexibility!

My family and I arrived for a scheduled passport photo appointment. Mark, the postal worker, reported we unfortunately were not on the schedule. We had a confirmation code for the scheduled appointment but no confirmation email, so there must've been an error with the online scheduling system. Luckily there wasn't a long line and we arrived early. Mark was able to support us with filing the paperwork and getting our photos taken. We arrived at 8:55am and were out of the there by 9:05am. Quick and efficient. Thank you, Mark, for squeezing us in even though we weren't officially on the schedule! We very much appreciate the great service provided!

We had a wonderful experience at the Bridgeville post office today. I was applying for passports for both of my children and renewing mine and we had the best and quickest service you can imagine. I really appreciate the hard work, efficiency and professionalism displayed by the employees here. I highly recommend everyone to book a passport appointment at this facility

The Bridgeville Post Office is an excellent place for all your passport and shipping needs.
The customer service representative, Mark, went above and beyond to help me with my emergency passport application for my child. Even though they were not accepting walk-ins due to their full schedule, Mark still took the time to understand my situation and kindly accepted my application. He demonstrated compassion and flexibility in helping me through the emergency process. The entire staff at this location are friendly and professional. I greatly appreciated Mark and the team for working with me to meet my urgent needs. I would highly recommend this post office location to anyone in need of passport or shipping services.
