Dunkin'

I come here for coffee. Plain, unflavored, unadorned coffee.
It's always perfect and not nearly as costly as Starbucks, plus if you're into flavored syrups and whipped cream, they have that too.
I'm not rating the food or atmosphere because I drive thru.

The gentleman behind the counter is just wonderful. So polite, so respectful…. An epitome of Customer centric service… well done sir!!!

Amazing service from the lady cashier with curly black hair. I ordered the pancake wake up wrap with Turkey sausage very tasty.

My coffee order was correct, the staff was friendly but it took a while to get my order. I would go back.

I stop at this location almost every morning and get the snackin bacon. This location has it done just right every time 😊 the employees are normally pretty nice as well.

They have gotten thier proverbial $#¡+ together. Ordered through the app, it was easy, order was correct, picked up via the druve-thru in quite a timely manner. Oddly not even a "hello" when I was handed the food... but at least it was all accurate.

Service is flawless, ever when they are busy.
Curtieous and fast.

Ordered on the mobile app while in the parking lot.

I gave them about 3 minutes to make the order. When I entered the restaurant they had already completed my order and had it waiting for me on the mobile pick up counter.

Restaurant was clean and staff seemed friendly as they smiled and made eye contact with me.

Food was at the right temperature and the ice coffee was made to my liking. It seems like a well run location.

Best Dunkin' in the Bridgeville area! Their service is always quick and kind, the food is always delicious, and they've never gotten any of my drink orders wrong. The drive though line can sometimes be long but it moves quickly for the most part! There is only one way in and one way out of the area but I've never had a problem with it.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other chains cough cough subway trying to get a refund for my own stupidity. Such as me just now ordering online for Dunkin’ but choosing the wrong location. I just went in to the Bridgeville location and they were so quick and got me my order anyways and brought it out for me! This was soooo refreshing and they were so kind I could not recommend this Dunkin’ more!!! 10/10 thank you guys for your great customer service! They should be compensated!

I went there this afternoon (02/01) and i got a drink and a sandwich and they guy who was at the window was very sweet and made my day. I didn’t catch his name, but thank you for being amazing. ❤

First let me say this, I love coffee and tea, and I am all about fall and pumpkin spice everything!!! The pumpkin spice latte from Dunkin is not my favorite it's missing something!! I had one today and I had to come home and add some pumpkin spice syrup to it just so I didn't waste it!! That is all I'm going to say about that! Now the pumpkin muffin is delicious but extremely messy, like giving a two year old a muffin messy!

The staff is friendly. The breakfast sandwiches and donuts are delicious. The coffee options are solid. There are USB outlets along the perimeter of the store in case you need to plug in and get some work done or just recharge your phone. Love it here!

The cashier was absolutely fantastic! I was in a position that if she had not given me a plastic bag with several scoops of ice I was in jeopardy of losing $60 worth of steaks in my trunk. I wasn't a paying customer, and because of my lack of time I may have been rushing my words. I could tell that English wasn't her primary language, but regardless of all those variables she was kind, patient, pleasant, and overwhelmingly helpful. I wish I would have caught her name, or had any cash to have tipped her. Any company would be greatly benefited by having someone of that caliber on their roster.

Absolutely excellent staff and location. I went in on National Donut Day, which often times will align with my father-in-law's birthday. He would always get a donut, coffee, and a newspaper every morning. Since he passed away several years ago, we've tried to grab a donut in his memory on this day each year. This location made this moment memorable, and already treated my wife and I like gold before even mentioning what brought us in. It's great seeing good people in our community work for a good company.

Always busy, but always upbeat. Clean dining area.
