McDonald's

This is the first Mc Donald’s I ever got fresh fries from. Everybody food in the car was hot and fresh. People and service was nice no complaints. And it was super fast service. Definitely recommend.

I came to the drive through and this young gentleman got my orders fast and he was so humble and have a great smile all the time and was waiting and he got all of us by him self there was almost 4 cars behind me and he got us all fast but the only thing i dont like in this location is they dont take tips we need to show them how we a appreciate there work

I mean.. its McDonald's. The one thing about the Bridgeville McDonald's is that they have never messed up an order, the drive thru is always quick, and the staff is always friendly. That's hard to find at a regular restaurant anymore, let alone fast food. The older lady who takes drive-thru orders is always so friendly.

So i rarely eat fast food and definitely dont post reviews, but the past few times ive gotten a double quarter pounder with cheese from this location, the burger has been cooked absolutely perfect, who ever usally works after 5pm on the grill totally needs a raise because they know what there doing!

5 stars for the only McDonald's I'm aware of, perhaps the only one anywhere, with a competent drive thru staff. These folks should write the work instruction for how to run things, which corporate should then make into THE mandatory annual training for all locations. That said, I've only ever been here once, so there's a slim chance that I just got lucky. But I doubt it. Keep it up, Bridgeville McD's.

I am a Constructor Superintendent(NOT THE POINT) that works and travels all over these GREAT United States(lower 48 only to date) and this McDonald’s and their night time crew are PHENOMENAL!!! The nice lady that’s always bundled up taking everyone’s payment(bless her heart), to the nice people giving me my drink and food, and all the people behind the scenes, they always get my order correct as I always order my sandwich special and every time it is correct! My meal is always hot and fresh and for that I sincerely say, “THANKS Y’ALL”! Y’all should be very proud of yourselves as y’all are the BEST service and food I have ever had from a McDonald’s! Thank y’all again for professional service!! FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG!

I feel like fast food restaurants get the short end of the stick when it comes to reviews. Most people only ever bother to write a review if they had a negative experience rather than a positive one.
I wanted to write this to say that I have went to this McDonalds for years now, and I cannot remember having a single poor experience here. The dine-in is always clean, the food is always fresh, and never once have I had an incorrect order. It's no wonder why this place has cars wrapped around the drive-thru all the time. The employees here do not get nearly enough credit.

I posted before about this being the best Mc Donald's. Well I'm here to say if you want to enjoy what McDonald's use to be here I'd the place. This one is head and shoulders above the rest. I had the best quarter pounder with cheese in years. The presentation was perfect everything we ordered was hot and delicious. Other franchise owners should come here and see how it's done also and this is important the staff is polite, friendly and a pleasure. Please stop in if your in the area.

Very courteous and patient staff here. My food was well prepared and tasted great. Thank you for all your hard work. Fast service with almost no wait in the drive through. The facility seemed to be appropriately staffed for the time of day which would indicate to me that their management is in tune with the area, their employees, and skillful enough to balance these factors so that their store operates smoothly throught an unfavorable period for dining out. Well done.

The gentleman working the cash register this morning was very nice, attentive to customers, and hilarious. Well I can’t say that my iced caramel macchiato is perfect there’s one thing you can always count on at McDonald’s and that is good people. Great experience!

This mc d's is always spit on. The drive thru is the best and never makes it difficult like most. The mc d's around pgh should use this store as it's standard, as most others suck and make drive thru a frustrating mess! Good job bridegville store!!

Best service we have ever had in McDonald’s in our lives. My wife is craving McDonald’s in the middle of the night and we didn’t think the food would this delicious. I can promise you that the chicken nuggets and the burger we ordered was freshly made . The older lady that was working that night with red hair just because we waited extra two minutes she actually gave us two pies also fresh. And they just had remodeling also and it’s amazing to see how well they are doing.

One of the few McDonald's opened 24/7 they make breakfast and lunch over night and their ice cream machine is on super late 😁😍😁😍😁😍

this is hands down the BEST fast food/mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. Very friendly staff and the food is always fresh.
