Great experience. I booked an appointment online for installation of 4 tires, 4 tire pressure sensors, and an alignment. The online booking process was very easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was amazing even as he had an angry customer that came in screaming. He did everything he could to get the man to calm down and to rectify the situation in a professional manner. The store was clean and comfortable to sit in while waiting. I was impressed with how quick the turnaround was. They replaced 4 tires including mounting and balancing, replaced and programmed all 4 tire pressure sensors, put my spare tire back, replaced one of my tie rod ends, and performed and alignment in under two hours. They didn’t try and sell me on things that were not needed. My truck drives so much smother and quieter now and the alignment is perfect. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks.

When I got off work, I discovered something in my tire, causing it to go flat. I called this store and spoke to Sam, around 530 pm. He agreed to fix my tire that night even though they close at 6pm. Drove to the wrong store, the one on Hill Rd, and they refused to fix my tire because they closed in 15 minutes (will never go there again). Called Sam back, told him the mistake, he said I could still come get service. Arrived at 601 pm. They fixed my tire after closing time and were still super pleasant about it. Because of this great customer service, I'll be going back Saturday to get 4 new tires and an oil change

Amber at the front desk was 100% professional, courteous in social during the experience getting my brakes done. Made an hour feel like a 20-minute conversation which made the time waiting on my vehicle to get done much faster! I try to be as patient as I can but that made it so much better of an experience! Amber at TIRE discount at 8168 E. Broad Street did a wonderful job and taking care of my car and set up repair and hope to try to get home credit to pay for it and it’ll be ready in a couple of days. She did great she’s efficient pleasant kind And knows her work stuff I’m happy doing business with discount tires or tire discount. I should say (Dg ) Road hazard Ins.I would suggest doing it I’ve used it over the years. Oh yeah it comes in handy. It comes in handy because it goes. You’ll get a blowout or you get a side cut or blow out its cover and you can’t. Go wrong getting Road Hazard Ins

straight to the point, but if I have questions, they’ll gladly explain without getting annoyed — unlike other places I’ve been.

And certain things have ended up costing me $0! They always go above and beyond and make sure I feel comfortable and safe in my car.

And the Uber service is unmatched.

I ran up over a sidewalk and blew my tire. I called and Kelsey said to bring my car in. They put on a new tire and had it ready in a few hours. Kelsey was very friendly and told me all the info I needed about my new tire. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service! I was in town visiting family and planning to leave the next morning. My vehicle was making a very strange noise. Took it in a 1/2 hour before they closed with no appointment. They looked at it, fixed it at no charge and got me on my way in 20 minutes all with smiles on their faces. Thank you! Highly recommend !

Ralph was awesome. I have worked with Ralph no less than 3x this year for different things for different cars, and each time, he has been very thorough, informative, and helped to ease all of my concerns with each visit.

Had a sudden emergency while passing through Colummbus but TD to the rescue! I was back on the road within an hour. Ralph was the associate that greeted me and helped while I was there. He was informative, friendly, gave me all the options and his opinion but also continued to give me a high level of service when any of my choices were not his suggestion. Very grateful and would highly recommend TD to others.

Courteous, accommodating , and excellent customer service. You can tell that the workers communicate well with each other and orchestrate layered service plans. They are affordable and install good quality tires. They work diligently and got the job done expeditiously.
