Exceptional customer service! I had my tire replaced after developing a flat. My tire had been serviced at another NTB associated facility a few months earlier and was still under warranty. This store not only replaced my tire quickly, but also replaced some damaged lug nuts at no extra charge. Everybody was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Took my car in after discovering an oil leak. They took a look and made a quick repair at no cost, was a simple fix. Jamie and Kat took me back showed me what was going on. I appreciate their honesty great customer service. Will be going back for oil changes and other work when needed.

These folks have been very helpful and the price is quite inexpensive compared to other places. I got 2 tires 50k warranty and 4 wheel alignment for 300+tax. Not bad at all.

Great service especially with how busy they were. Tech Jaime was excellent and knowledgeable. Not pushy for a sale either for a new tire and give me my options.

We showed up randomly to get a Tire fixed on our trailer and a guy named Hans came in and did it on the fly. It was really cool and communicated with us at the same time And then we asked him to check all the tires for us cause we were worried about the pressure and he did that without no problem it was really cool about it and we appreciate what NTB did for us. The first time I was here we got new tires on our Subaru and the girl at the front desk really helped me out and gave us a great deal. I was so impressed I got my other car new tires too. Dan took really good care of me. I was running late to pick up my car because of traffic they stayed late and waited on me. All around great experience

We went into NTB today and had excellent service. The Staff is amazing here and very knowledgeable. Jamie Boyd and Dale Uphold were both Amazing and Awesome. We will never take our van else where.

I’m very grateful for the excellent service I was offered by the staff at NTB East Broadstreet. I’ve returned twice after the first tire change and will continue doing so. Not only are they efficient but also very honest and don’t try to oversell a service.

Supervisor dale and worker neil both are awesome people help me out and even went above and beyond when looking into a deal with them. Fast and amazing service i would recommend 10/10 quality work and people.

Took my vehicle in for O2 sensor replacement and the manager Dan and Kat went above beyond to take care of my problem.

Sunday afternoon appt and they were amazing! Explained everything that needed done and why! We will be back!

Everything was as excellent as having to get your car serviced could be. Dan was communicative throughout the process, calling me to provide quotes, ETAs, etc., and was kind through the entire thing. Thanks folks!

Great customer service they was all booked up today but they squeezed me in said it would be 2 to 3 hours. Called me back in 30 minutes and my car was ready.
