This place is a hidden gem!!!! From the moment I called until our service was complete, we had the best experience ever. About 6 places said we couldn't get our tire patched and then Discount Tire saved the day and saved us a lot of money. Thank God we were recommended to this place. Eric was so nice and the rest of the team. My husband even attested this was our smoothest experience ever.

Damien the floor manager pumped up my tire for me and also inspected them and we were able to have a conversation about next steps for my tires. He was super informative and super helpful when I was in a pinch and in a rush.

Excellent team of professionals work here!! Today, Eric helped me with the task of just checking my tire pressure as I prepare for a trip out of town. Always positive and upbeat!!! If you're in need of tires with a smile, check these guys out. This was my fifth visit to this store.

So far I've been really impressed and had excellent service here. I've been able to easily schedule appointments and get in and out relatively quickly. Staff has provided great service in my experience. I really appreciate the extra services that come with tire purchase. I recently got a nail in one of my tires and the repair was completely covered. It's also nice getting the free air checks/refills

I'd give 10 stars if I could!!! Truly a Wegmans-level of customer service... for tires. Over 5+ interactions with various locations, I've only had AMAZING service, honestly as good as any other beloved retailer or service provider. Don't go anywhere else. Special shout out to Carter and Jayna for taking such good care of us this time around!

I had the most amazing experience here. I came in because my tire pressure was low. They were able to get me in immediately. Within 15 minutes it was all fixed up and out the door. The staff was so nice! They explained everything that was going on with the tires and what to look for if I continue having issues. The waiting area was spotless and practiced social distancing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tire services!

I order tires from tire rack, and it's such an easy, seemless transaction. They receive the tires I set an appointment and I'm in and out In under an hr. Staff is super friendly too.

They patched a tire for free, and I didn't buy the tire there. I recently got a set of tires and got fast and friendly service. I go early in the morning so that may not be a busy time.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Popped in with a sudden flat tire to have it patched 20 minutes prior to closing with a full lobby. They were more than willing to complete the task unlike others in the area. When they weren't able to safely patch my tire, they went above and beyond to ensure our safety when we walked out the door. They truly care for the safety of their customers, which is rare to see now!

If i can give more than 5 stars I would! Excellent service. The people are knowledgeable, efficient, and something I don't see in mechanic shops a lot, kind and courteous. Someone named Earl helped me out and answered many of my questions, not only without getting annoyed but genuinely interested to help me out and give me the best option for me. The supervisor/manager James was also super helpful and courteous! Great great time and service 💯 also, my tires and alignment are perfect. They also provide fast service!

Made an appointment for new tires. dropping the truck off was smooth, staff had previously very helpful in answering questions I had and explaining things to me. I needed a different kind of tire than is a stock option. They had them changed quickly. Smooth transaction.

They have patched two tires for me for free. They work fast, they get things done when they say they will, and they keep you informed on how things are going.I will be going here when I need new tires.

I have been going to Discount Tire since the mid 90s. I have never been dissatisfied with their service. We stopped on today, for new tires for my wife's Toyota. As always, the customer service was excellent. I am a customer forever. And once again, 05/05/2023. Different staff, but the same great customer service. Still the same... 5 stars!

I got new tires put on here and I sure am glad I came here! The employees were super friendly, they were fast and knowledgeable.
They always answer all my questions and whenever I have to come here for an occasional air tire check they are fast and friendly!

Able to get my tire ordered and scheduled for next-day service. To my surprise, the tire got delivered later on that day. Eric gave me a call and offered to do it that day if it would have worked out better for my schedule. Super helpful and reasonable wait times.

Have been coming to them for many years and the customer service is always exceptional. I moved about thirty minutes out last year, but still happily make the drive out to this location!

I went there today because my tire light came on and I was freaking out because I know NOTHING about cars or tires. Carter was super helpful to me and figured out the problem after doing some checks (I think I was inadvertently sabotaged by my brother 🙂) and he also sent me a report for my tires and they have great treading (which I’m assuming is good). Definitely go here for great and thorough service!

I had a great experience. Before we purchased anything we called and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards we got the rims online but it was a delay and they called us as we had an appointment for tires too. A week later we got the tires on on the rims. It was a one stop shop!

Bought these Coopers and did a quick 40k in 14 months and came back with a wobble.. They gave me credit for each and replaced them with free warranty! I took my brothers car in while he was sleeping and got em some Christmas tires done quick n cheap. Thanks guys 👍
