We have been visiting Bricklane for many years, I think since they opened here and have always liked them for their food quality, ambience and service - but they have upped their game are now EVEN MORE AWESOME. The reason is their weekend brunch buffet - unlimited portions of yummy food that will leave you wishing you had more space in your tummy. The Crown Jewels are their chat counter, worked by Tanashvi who creates gol gappe with the patience and skill of an artist. So yummy. Her colleague Sindhu also provided exceptional service - offering freshly prepared chicken tikka for our friends (we are vegetarian so can’t comment on it) and freshly made garlic naan and roti (breads). Both of them swiftly cleared our plates keeping the esthetic beauty of our table and the restaurants pretty ambience just perfect.

In terms of value for money, just their chat counter and dessert choices are enough to more than recover value for the buffet price which is quite reasonable for the spread at $26. All in all, the four of us had an awesome time enhanced not only by food quality but also superior responsive service by Tanashvi and Sindhu.

This place has amazing drinks with an Indian touch, and many vegan options. Great atmosphere and service. I recommend this place. Try the Campfire Mule, a delicious adaptation of the Moscow Mule. Island Kuri is too sweet for me, but delicious as well.

I really loved the food and the service here. They are open late at night till 2 am. I really loved the complementary papad and chutney. Definitely try their Malai Kofta, it is really savory. They have great Lunch Special on weekdays and Lunch Buffet on weekends, which have lots of varieties of food in cheap prices. If you want to try varieties of Indian food while cheap, there's no where better.

I have tried most curries including Phaal.

Each curry is made distinctly using whole spices, unlike many places that just have a tomato base and add some flavor. Like Vandaloo, Bhuna, Goan, Saag. Phaal, but he warned. Goat on most tastes better.

Appetizers, bread, and drinks are all great quality and worth trying.

Tandoor is excellent as well! Chicken, of course, and haryali. Imli lamb chops is very interesting and distinct.

New special lamb shank is expertly prepared! Try it! I am sure the others are great too!

The food here is delicious. Really interesting and flavorful curries. Lamb is super tender. Drinks are great too. I especially enjoyed the Nirvana. Came here for my anniversary tonight and the staff made it so special for us. They took our picture and gave us a complimentary dessert. Everyone was really attentive and sweet.

Let's start with the beautiful décor and ambience. Loved the cozy feel of the restaurant. It’s a perfect date night or family evening spot. The service was very warm and prompt. We were seated right away, and the servers were attentive throughout. The complimentary tomato soup appetizer was refreshing. The food was flavorful for each dish, not extremely spicy. Drink choices were impeccable – expresso martini and Imlee Champe (tamarind flavored lamp chops) highly recommend!

Good dinner place in grove street area. I like this place as they have amazing cocktails with indian touch, good food with somewhat more variety in dishes, and much better service than usual Indian restaurant you have ever been. We walked in without reservations and they offered us good table to sit and meanwhile offered us to wait at bar and order our drinks. I prefer cheeky monkey, island kuri and pink tiger as those are little different. I have tried their regular curries but this time i ordered goan veggie one and i was little disappointed with it but their paneer tikka was amazing. The server was checkin on us frequently to ensure we are okay and satisfied.

The lamb curry was delicious! Amazing garlic nana that’s freshly made. Complimentary tomato soup, chips, and sauces. Our waitress was super sweet and brought us a dessert to try on the house. Nice and quiet interior seatings, conveniently located on the grove strip

Honestly words cannot describe how great this place is. I am actually shook- from the service, friendly staff, tasty food, and of course vegan options, this restaurant has it all. Not to mention they are open till 2 am on saturdays- nothing beats that late night dining after a long night out!!!

The staff were super attentive and friendly. They helped us with the vegan options and our waiter was super knowledgeable on the menu- not once did he have to go "check with the chef."

You are started off with some papad and pickled onions, brown chutney, and green chutney(not vegan). An absolutely delicious start. They brought out complimentary tomato soup from the kitchen in little cups which was something i had never experienced before! The tomato soup was rich- but it did have a coconut background flavor to it as well as some ginger chunks. I didn't mind that at all, but just be weary if you are not into those particular flavors.

We got the vegetable pakora which came with an amazing tomato based sauce. They were golden brown and super crispy- everything youd want in a veggie pakora. We also got the tofu tikka sizzler.... this was literally some of the best food ive had in a while. It came out on a smoking pan straight from the kitchen (i love when restaurants do that). It is so hard to find paneer substitutes as a vegan but this did it plus more for us. From the texture on the inside to the crisp on the outside, it was mouth watering. I will say I think it could use more "tikka masala" flavoring but it still tasted great. The lassuni gobi was alright- i thought it was too chewy rather than crispy.

Overall, amazing experience and will be returning 100%

Shout out to Rohit and Kabir at Bricklane. They were so friendly, went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. Food was awesome. Unique menu, authentic flavors. Definitely coming back with the gang.

Server Bunny was so kind and perfect with our orders. Amazing appetizer. Specialty TANDOORI SHRIMP 🍤 must try. Open till 11pm 🕚 food and drinks are awesome. Coming back soon.

Food is delicious and our server, V was AWESOME! My wife and I came here for our anniversary and V made it very special. Outstanding customer service and V was overall such a dope human being. Will definitely come back for the delicious food and a conversation with V! We ordered the entree Lamb RoganJosh and Manglorian (lamb) curry, it was 10/10. Chicken 365 for appetizers was amazing like V promised! I was so full by the end because the portions are generous as hell and I had so much to take home. This is a solid Indian food spot.

Had a fantastic time at Bricklane! The cocktails were superb, and the Chicken 65 and Mutton Biryani were absolute highlights—flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, making the entire experience memorable. Highly recommend!

The food was really good for Indian taste buds. Reminded me of home a little. It wasn’t too spicy though despite us asking for it to be spicy. Unfortunately they were not serving cocktails when we went. We ordered daal makhani, paneer tikka masala and naan. Also ordered dahi chaat, which I forgot to take pictures of and only remembered when 1 was left. The tables were socially distanced and staff wore masks so we felt covid safe.

My family and I went there this past Saturday to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday and the food and drinks were OUTSTANDING. Absolutely delicious! We had their onion bhaji, garlic + cheese naan, and a bunch of their curries...Tikka Masala, Nilgiri, Goan, Madras and they were scrumptious! The Madras was my favorite. The flavor profiles for their cocktails were also magnificent! Try their Frooti Mama...you won't regret it!

Very happy with the service and food. They are always able to customize spice levels to suit us. Our server has been Sindhu for the last few times and has excellent recommendations always.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant. While the prices are higher than what the median might be for Indian in the area, it is well worth it. The curries are large and rich enough to split along with an appetizer, and the beer menu is quite large and reasonably priced. We had the Aloo Chaat, which was definitely a highlight, and wished we would have saved some for the end since it was so refreshing and light. We will certainly be back repeatedly and look forward to exploring the rest of their menu.

Delicious food and inviting atmosphere!!! This place is one of our go to spots in JC. Karim goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. Try their mango fish curry, you will not regret it!!!
