best postal service yet! i've been going to this postal office for four years that i've been here for my undergraduate studies. bob and jim are the most patient, kindest and friendliest ever. they're amazing at helping when mailing out international parcels, with customs and everything really. i haven't met anyone kinder as they are in my local post offices. they are truly the best! definitely come here for help / mailing out your items

If I could give a zero I would. I have about half of my Amazon packages delivered through USPS and they are either damaged when I receive them, marked as delivered when they haven't arrived, or marked as undeliverable because of the fence (that pulls open, no lock, no passcode just a pull open gate) my neighbor has video surveillance of a USPS driver taking two steps out of the truck and throwing a package onto the front porch as if it were a Frisbee. I'm disappointed and disgusted as when I try to resolve the issue with staff at the center they are over all very rude and have an attitude with me as if it isn't their job to deal with the packages they're supposed to deliver.

This place was unprofessional and rude! From the very beginning to the end. I entered the place and I admit I mistakenly filled the application with black ink but the gentleman behind the counter was cocky about pointing out my mistake which I did not appreciate. Then, as we are taken into the room to take our picture for passport, the lady behind the desk stated to my husband "that's my pen" (the man at the counter provided for us), took it from him and THREW one at him!! So, when she asked for my ID I threw mine at her. She then said she didn't throw her pen at him and that she could end our appointment right there and then. If it wasn't because I needed my passport I would've walked out. In the end she changed her attitude but I think the damage was done at that point. Moral of the story, if I was not rude to you don't do it to me!! I will never go there again I rather drive to another location no matter the distance.

The man, John?, with the pulled back grey hair yelled at me in front of customers for delivering several letters for my workplace. He claimed he is the only one there (the regular lady usually present was on lunch supposedly) so I should go to Stafford Ave, even though I explained we are only 2 buildings away (which he knew since we’ve been delivering here daily for years). He then proceeded to take people ahead of me and kept yelling at me telling me (even with the other customers) that I’m in the wrong when I was just trying to get important letters out and this is HIS job.

Flash backward, he previously asked me to see him at Irish Wolf Pub once for a drink. Very inappropriate to do while he’s at the workplace and made me uncomfortable since he’s about 50 and I was barely of age at the time.

Very rude and unprofessional.

I need to update my review. The wait time was zero and the gentleman that was there was very fast and polite. The lady was the very rude and unprofessional one.

I was told that I would get my marriage certificate back with my passport and now I can't get name changes done because the post office has lost it.
