The food is absolutely to die for!
It’s very good and definitely worth the price!
I recommend going there if you’re in the area and in the mood for some good food and drinks.

Service:
Please the service is top notch!
They check in on you, are super nice and friendly and help with whatever you need.
This one guy was serving me and omg he was so nice!
He was to precious.
I met him later when I walked past the cafe and he waved to me and smiled because he remembered me.

Atmosphere:
The place is absolutely gorgeous!
It’s so cute and nice and welcoming!
The decoration and furniture is absolutely stunning!
It’s just so nice to just sit there and talk with others.

Food and service was really good! You can really taste the quality and time put into the food. It was so good that I came 2 days in a row for their steak and eggs.

The food presentation was the best. They poured melted cheese over the chicken and it was delicious. Joaquin was our waiter and was the best and very nice. The chicken tasted very fresh and delicious. Strawberry lemonade tasted very natural and fresh and overall very good. I would recommend this place.

OMG!!! Better than expected! We walked in just to get coffee while waiting for another place to open, so we had 30 minutes to kill, but my mom decided to get tres leches while waiting and omg we all shared it because first of all it looked sooo beautiful hahaha, but we tried it, we were shocked how great it tasted!! Also, we had a lovely server Jenni!!!! She was so sweet and nice.

I took my daughter for brunch on her birthday! Everything was so good. The tres leches French toast was amazing!!! We shared the tropical açaí bowl which was also delicious. Our server (Deiby) was also amazing & helpful. Our food came out quickly for Sunday brunch. Overall a great experience! We will be back

Best secluded, sexy, classy and just awesome energy. Juan, the manager is amazing and so is his team. Ask for the Alfonso, superstar bartender customizes drinks to your taste. It’s a must go in Brickell!!!

Veronica zilioli is hands down THE BEST server I’ve had in my 28 years of living. The best place I’ve ever dinned, and the most gracious server I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back as long as she’s here

Had the birria egg Benedict and was amazing!!! So good! My partner had the steak and eggs plate and was also delicious. Mimosas were perfect. The brunch here was 11/10! Highly recommend and will come back again.

First time coming to Cafe Americano!! Our Server was Rob!! God he is Heaven sent! He provided Excellent service and he helped me with my Spanish. Rob was thorough with his service. He made sure we were comfortable, understood what we were ordering and got, and just provided a great atmosphere. My next visit to Miami I’m most definitely stopping back by here and I want Rob to be my server. Not too many people like him in the service industry!

I came here with a friend for brunch on a Saturday and had a great experience. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. We were seated right away, we ordered the French toast and an omelet, the food came out quick and it was delicious! Not too expensive and the portions were just right. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Americano Miami in Brickell Centre recently, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with exceptional service that truly exceeded my expectations. Despite not having a reservation, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and promptly seated us indoors, offering respite from the scorching weather.

Our server, who introduced himself with an infectious smile, guided us through the menu with expertise and even highlighted some exclusive offerings. Throughout our meal, he attentively checked on us, ensuring our satisfaction with every bite.

Opting for the brunch burger, a gourmet delight served on a fresh brioche bun with a choice of sides, we were treated to a culinary masterpiece. The meat was expertly cooked, and the accompanying ambiance created an inviting atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Every member of the staff made it their mission to make us feel at ease and genuinely cared for.

Based on this recent visit, I can confidently say that I will be returning to CA Miami without hesitation. If you're seeking a combination of impeccable service and high-quality cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this restaurant a try. Please Please go this wonderful place!! I usually avoid going in cafe or restaurants by myself in Miami. People laugh or make fun my English because I am Japanese and have strong accent. They even make fun of my rase being Asian. But traffic going back to South Beach was horrible so I decided to go in to wait for traffic to calm down. The lady at reception was very welcoming which made me already safe, and server Ray, His service from his happiness is extraordinary. He was patiently listened what I ask, and even kindly explain about menu which made me want to order everything:) Food was awesome, and perfect music and very clean and super cuuuute!!! And all stuff are so nice and caring and happy. Couldn't believe I could have those 5 star quality food and service with amazing prices!!! Ray and this place made up my mind that world is not bad place and I would love loooove to visit Brickell just to enjoy this place that has great energy and food and drink!! Thank you so much Ray for brighten my day. Can't wait to bring my husband and our friends there!! See you soon!!

My partner and I were happy hour hopping on Monday and we were nearing 7pm (which is the average end time of HH) and the closest bar was “cafe Americano”

I didn’t expect it to be in the mall- so the location wasn’t particularly my favorite but whatever right.

We found it on I believe it was the 3rd floor of the city center. It was super slow and it was just us and maybe two other tables in there.

We sat at the bar and proceeded to look over the happy hour menu (which is awesome by the way)

(Great food selection- we had the ceviche tacos and chicken tacos)

Anyway- the reason I’m coming to write this review is not because of the great happy hour food and drinks but because the INCREDIBLE service we received at the bar from ALFONSO.
From the very beginning he was helpful, resourceful and courteous.
He let us sample the mango beer on draft which was delicious and we ended up ordering.
The comradely was humoring , friendly and made us feel right at home!!
His knack for drink making was also ON POINT!

Super happy we stumbled into this little spot.
Definitely come check it out and have a seat at the bar with Alfonso :)

Loved their Happy Hour 10/10 ! A gem hidden in plain sight in the heart of Brickell City Centre. The service was incredible S/O to our server Milena who was super engaging.

I don’t think I’ve received better customer service in my entire life! Our server was so attentive and respectful. We were seated quickly and given our choice of seating too. If we lived in Miami, we’d be back all the time just for the service alone!

The service and food were terrific. I definitely would return to Cafe Americano when I visit Miami here again. The waiter and waitress are incredibly kind and know how to treat the customers.

Love this new restaurant! Excellent service and amazing atmosphere. We came for Happy Hour 4-7pm and the drinks and food we’re excellent. John the bartender made fantastic cocktails. Can’t wait to try their breakfast! Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back.
