I’m so glad this theater is finally open again! It’s nice and updated and they now have heated leather seats in each theater. Concessions and tickets were a little pricey but it’s expected. Very friendly employees.

I absolutely love Box Office Cinemas! The movie selection is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (especially one particular staff member who adds an extra layer of entertainment 😉), and the overall experience is top-notch. It's become my go-to place for an awesome movie night!

Great theater. I'm on cloud 9 to see it reopen. Since it's not a luxury theater, there's no genuine food menu like you would find in a restaurant, and it doesn't have reclining seats. The seats, however, are heated and are an improvement over the old seats. I love coming to this theater.

The staff was extremely friendly. The seats were comfortable. The seats recline AND are heated! The theatre was clean. The volume seemed low in the beginning but we adjusted to it. Looking forward to seeing a movie there again.

This is a small theatre, if you are planning to watch movie you have to come with that expectation. Seats are not recliner but it is good and is seated as well. Sound quality is OK and nothing outstanding with projection as well. Staff is friendly.

I went here a few times since the reopening. First, I wish they had more employees to serve concessions, the line is always too long and I skip it every time. Second, I really really wish they had assigned seating. I've walked in the theater on numerous occasions to someone hogging three ROWS of seats for a "birthday party" or "someone who is coming". I get to the theater pretty early - but not having assigned seating always makes me not want to go here because it encourages people to fight over certain seats/rows and block them from other people. Just not something I want to worry about when I go to see a movie.

Good theater, heated seats but there needs to be assigned seating as well as a notice to tell when the seats are reserved because I went to a movie and the seats were down because of "saved' seats and yet, the people weren't there yet. It was so annoying. I expected that at AMC, not here. Also, my friends and I didn't get refunded when the power went out and we saw a movie. It was ridiculous.

Sorry but... Don't go at 3pm. Theatre run by young guys. Tickets and treats. Mixed ages in our theatre but 4 young boys around 13 years old ruined our experience. Half the movie they were loud and obnoxious until 5 of us told them to get out. Someone should check theatres and listen for any problems.

Just left the 11:30 showing of Haunted Mansion on August 17, 2023. Except there was no showing and the projector was broken. This happens, but what isn’t ok is an owner refusing to refund the tickets to a movie we never got to see. The owner should be ashamed leaving ***1*** employee to work the ENTIRE theater. She had to do ticket sales, concession sales, theater maintained, and cleaning for three movies starting at the same time. When the movie broke down she was wonderful, but after a call with the owner she was obviously shaken. The owner is at fault for not maintain their theater, not properly staffing their business, and not being up front with their policies. Being offered passes to return to a theater where I didn’t even get to see a movie does not work especially as it was the last time they were showing this movie.

It’s unfortunate to see the way the owner is running this business after reopening what appears to be a lovely theater in town. The space looks great, the seats a nice, but all of that is ruined when you can’t see the movie you paid to see and the owner refuses to refund the tickets.
I just had to leave a showing of the Haunted Mansion because the protector was broken and the movie couldn’t be shown. While I understand that these things happen, I do not understand an owner refusing to refund money to patrons who didn’t get to see a single second of the movie (projector wouldn’t even turn on), and already spent money on concessions that they wouldn’t be buying if they weren’t seeing a movie.
What’s even worse is leaving a SINGLE employee to run the entire theater and deal with these issues. This employee had to sell tickets, snacks, and manage the theater for 3 movies all starting at the same time. She had no help - and when issues arose and she called the owner the only option he gave her was to give people passes to see a different movie.
While I would have been happy to come back to this theater under different circumstances, I will not be retuning to a business that treats its employees and customers in this manner.
