I like to share my positive experience with East Coast Times, LLC (aka Authentick) in purchasing my dream time piece, an Audemars Piguet (AP) Royal Oak Offshore Summer Edition this week. I worked with Jacob Walter and what a pleasant and smooth transaction it was. This AP was my 4th AP purchase in my life time, but first purchase from East Coast Times. This AP was also my most expensive watch purchase to date so I was a bit uneasy to have work with a new watch dealer. Jacob was professional and VERY accommodating from the first second he answered my phone call. Every text I sent Jacob, he would reply immediately. Every time I ask a question or have a concern, Jacob explained in detail with his answers. The customer service and the immediate attention to address my concerns both had made my purchase transaction at ease. The watch is authentic, as mint as described by jacob, and amazing BEAUTIFUL. So glad that I finally own my favorite APROO and had worked with such a honest professional watch dealer. Highly recommend purchasing a watch from these guys and I will definitely return for another time piece in the future.
