Maggie at Kendall VW Bend is the BEST. After years of driving clunkers, it was time to buy my first car! CAVEAT EMPTOR!! My son bought a used car for $5000 with an inspection sheet that showed 2 minor fixes (tire alignment, oil change). 4 months later the car, which quit running, needs almost $3K in repairs that were checked off as inspected with no issues. Called Kendall and was told it was a “mechanic special” car and please note in the fine print the “as is. They didn’t market the car as a mechanics Special but as a reliable used car. Call with Jack resulted in no accountability, a lot of self-serving rhetoric and condescension with a “you’re screwed” narrative. BUYER BEWARE!
