What started out as an unforeseen and unexpected repair estimate for my SUV ended up being the greatest experience with buying a new vehicle. Mike in service dept was very good at keeping us updated with any delays or information about issues they found. When it became obvious that repairs would be exceptionally high, we started the process of just buying new.
Paul Avila in sales was very informative and helpful with finding us the right vehicle. He went above and beyond to make it happen. Sales Manager Jake really worked hard for us to get the most out of our trade in. The whole process was very easy and we always felt like they had our best interest.

5 stars for the guys at Lithia Nissan Bend. From sales to service I’ve always had a great experience and have been treated well. When I originally purchased my truck from them, there was an unforeseen issue with the vehicle that wasn’t anyone’s fault. Sometimes those things just happen, but the sales managers took great care of me specifically, Jerome who I understand is over at the Dodge dealership now. They got me into another vehicle that I like even more and made everything square. Zach and the service department has continued to take great care of my truck ever since as well, in fact, I believe since I’ve purchased the truck, the same tech has worked on it. It’s been close to years since I bought the truck so I figure it’s about time I leave them a review haha. Everyone there is super friendly, extremely honest, they’re not gonna try to beat around the bush or tell you what you wanna hear. They are super relatable and anytime. My truck has been in there for service or repairs. They’ve exceeded my expectations. Zach is a great service manager, and knows how to under promise over deliver as opposed to overpromise and under deliver.
There are other folks there that I’m sure I’m forgetting, but long story short five stars all day for Lithia, Nissan Bend and I’m not a Nissan fan whatsoever but I will buy my used vehicles wherever they’re going to treat me the best.

Ryan and David Moore are amazing to work with. Helped me get my dream truck. Very professional and personable. Very satisfied customer. Would 10/10 recommend. My boyfriend and I drove from Portland to Bend because of the service received and quality of vehicles. Also a pet friendly place, my dog was watered and welcomed.

Beyond my expectations, Alex (sales rep) wasn’t pushy, he listened and offered alternatives to what I was looking for based on my needs. I ended up going for something I had never considered. If I can give more than 5 stars I would, Me personally I thought buying a new car especially from a DealerShip was going to be Difficult but my man Alex Lason and his Manager I forgot his name made my experience so easy, smooth and very simple. First day walked in their and my Bank ended up messing up my Pre Approved so there manager called and got it all fixed for us. Had to wait till that upcoming sunday to come and finalize all the paper work, If I ever need a new vehicle or anyone needs a new one I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this people they’re very Professional, Friendly, and charismatic.

I purchased my new vehicle from Lithia as an out of state buyer. I worked with Sebastian the entire time. He was very accommodating, sending me pictures when I asked, and even FaceTimed with my wife and I. Since I couldn’t see the vehicle in person lots of questions were asked and he was always very responsive, even on his days off. When I flew out to pick up the car, Sebastian even picked me up at my hotel. The vehicle was as described and they were quick to finalize paperwork and get me on the road. It was washed and gassed up ready to go. Great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

By far the best service, and car buying experience ever completed. From the beginning Sebastian was transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We went into Nissan of Bend looking to better our financial situation. Sebastian and his team were able to not only meet our expectations, but went above and beyond to present options. Highly recommend, no pressure by either Sebastian, or finance. Plenty of space, and time given. Very fair trade in values. My husband and I were expecting our first child and wanted to get a safe new vehicle. We originally bought a used jeep from the Lithia Jeep dealership next door. Needless to say we had nothing but issues with the jeep since buying it. It was in the shop 4-5 times within a few months of owning it. My husband and myself were getting really worried about our purchase and were wondering about the safety and reliability of this vehicle as my due date approached.
Finally one afternoon the jeep began to spew gasoline all over the exhaust. This was the final straw and we returned the vehicle to the dealership. It was a Sunday afternoon 2 days before I was due to give birth. I was so stressed and sad because the car we had ready to welcome our first child was now again in need of repair. My husband was upset because of the safety issue that posed for me and the babe.
We were able to talk to some people at the dealership on Sunday.
Neida was an associate that noticed our distress and came out to talk to us and help us in any way she could. We expressed concern about the used vehicle we had bought from the sister dealership. We expressed frustration on our situation and she offered some points of contact and possible solutions.
We unfortunately had our baby and were not able to use our jeep and had to use a rental but after we got all that squared away we met with Nieda. She did all she could in her power to help us get out of this lemon of a jeep. We lost some money but we are overall satisfied as Nieda helped us get a brand new Nissan Rouge.
I feel much more secure in this vehicle with our newborn son. She also took us on a test drive and explained every single feature and took her time with us. I have never had an agent do this with me when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend working with Neida, she truly helped our family tremendously.

Matt White worked with me very patiently until I found the perfect truck for my daughter. He also bought a red bow for us so that her birthday surprise was extra special. The financing process only took 30 min to complete which I also appreciated as a busy executive. Great team, great dealership. 10/10 customer service and experience.

Sold my 2015 Titan Pro-4x with luxury package to Smolich. They gave me a fair deal for a great truck. Easy to work with and they dealt with my tight schedule. They put a lot of effort into making sure a vehicle they buy is in tip-top shape.
