I have now purchased 5 cars from Kendall. I keep going back, because they are a non-pressure professional group and stand behind their cars. Anybody can sell a car, but when it comes to support and service, the Kendall group stands apart from the other dealerships in Central Oregon. I had been looking for a mini cooper for several months and found one at Kendall in Bend. I called Sunday morning and talked to Jarred and he was very helpful in answering my questions. I drove over to Bend with a friend and purchased the car Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased with the experience. Jarred was a very laid-back, no pressure yet very professional salesperson. He was friendly and personable and answered all of my questions. He didn't try to pressure me at all. He stayed late to say goodbye and thank you. He seemed genuinely happy for me that I found a car I really liked. His dogs were adorable and he was very respectful of his coworkers and my friend who was just driving our car back. His co-worker Greg was friendly enough on the phone but was a little rude when he stormed into the room and got right in my face and said "WE NEVER GIVE DISCOUNTS ON SALE CARS" seemed completely unnecessary to me. The very tall pretty brunette woman who did the final financial paperwork was lovely. Not sure of her name, but very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I cannot say enough great things about Jarred. Very nice guy and seems to be a great fit with Bend and higher end car sales. I missed his call, but he left a message today on my phone thanking me and hoping I do well with the mini cooper. I wish he and his pups the very best!

We bought a barely used Jeep from Kendall Motorsport the other day. The price was reasonable from the start so no haggling was necessary. All the associates part of our sale were great but our sales person Laura Clark is what made our shopping experience so great at Kendall. She has an electric personality, was knowledgeable about the questions we asked, and she listened to us about what we were looking for in a new vehicle. She even helped me remove my belongings out of my trade in which was definitely not part of her job. My husband was expecting this to be a painful process and was pleasantly surprised. First time customer.
Be sure to ask for Zac, he was knowledgeable and very helpful with financing and getting our deal done. The car was fairly priced and he was still able to get me a better price.
When it's time for another vehicle I'll definitely be dealing with Zac again.

I found a specific car we were looking for on the Internet after weeks of shopping. I made a phone call to Kendall Motorsports to check on specific options we wanted on the car. Jarred Ames answered the phone and promptly checked the car to make sure it had everything we wanted, and luckily it did! I asked him for specific close up photos of certain items which took and texted them to me in a timely manner. We live in Grants Pass 3 1/2 hrs. away and wanted to be 100% sure this was the car we wanted before making the trip. Jarred personally went over the car explaining every little detail on the condition inside and out. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived the next day to see and drive the car. It was everything Jarred described if not better! The car was an absolute cream puff. Jarred and the staff made the purchase hassle free. Many thanks to Jarred, our salesman. Greg, the store manager and Mattie, the finance manager. You all helped make the used car buying process pleasant! We are very impressed with the whole Kendall operation, from the 160 point inspection on the car and fixing everything it needed before placing it on the lot. To final delivery.

My niece and I bought a used Subaru from Greg and his team and they made the experience pleasant and gave us a good deal. Then when the car had an issue later, Greg and his boss helped us confirm the warranty coverage and even get an exception for the mileage overage and make sure the Subaru dealer had what they needed to do the repairs. Above and beyond service, I would give them 6 stars if that was an option and refer anyone to this team!
