Fleet Feet Durham - Southpoint

I heard about these shoes called on cloud, went to the store over by southpoint mall to see how the shoe was. As soon as I hit the door I heard someone welcome me in. Spoke to someone loved the shoe, Brought a pair for me and my husband! Fast forward idk exactly what happened but someone was wrong with my shoes, called the store Isaac picks up, I tell him what's wrong and he said come in and I'll see what I can do for you. Get to the store, Isaac's working with someone else, but Matt starts helping me, than cout (sorry I know I'm spelling his name wrong) he was great by the way, he comes out with 2 pairs of shoes. They didn't they my exact color, which was fine. He helps me put them on, laces them up for me, asked how they fit and feel. They fit great, did the exchange for me and I was off! Now that excellent customer service by far. Thank you all for all your help and hard work.

Ellison was great with administering and explaining my foot scan. From the scan and the info that I gave him, he was able to give me several shoe options to choose from. The store and staff provide products and services that definitely help you on your exercise journey.

Let's talk about how great Fleet Feet is for runner's and active folks in the Raleigh/Durham area. They have all the best brands, and state of the art feet scanning tech that can help you get the perfect fit. Who knew one of my feet was slightly larger than the other??? Staff was super helpful but not overbearing. Gave me plenty of time to shop without asking too many questions, but was always available if I needed something quickly. I didn't get to the store until close to closing. I offered to different sizes home but they let me stay and try on the clothes in the store after closing. There were a couple other customers there working through their shoe fittings and nobody was being rushed. Staff waited patiently and never fussed. Gave me great advice on fit, colors and textures. They really knew their products well. Best experience in a clothing/shoe store since I last went to a Fleet Feet. I could never shop anywhere else. Plus they have all my Brooks Running shoes, clothing and accessories. My old feedback would be to make your stores bigger in the other locations. Durham at Southpoint has the most selection. (NOTE: I even shopped at Fleet Feet Tallahassee once visiting my sister's family and they were great there as well. Got some cool merch while I was in town).

This was my first Fleet Feet experience It was awesome! I really enjoyed the attention that Matt provided and the knowledge he was able to share throughout the process. Would recommend!

Excellent Experience!
Several people referred me to Fleet Feet. I'm in a bad state of health & needed new shoes to help to get me through physical therapy, start walking, etc. My adult son also was in bad need of new, better shoes - he spends a lot of time on his feet at work & with our large dog. Matt (& Charlie part of the time) did an awesome job with us, using the fit scans the store & input from us about our lifestyle & needs. They were patient, encouraging, knowledgeable & gave great customer service.

I never thought I could or would spend time in a "running store" but they made me comfortable. I'll be back. Give them a try & know that you can make an appointment for the scanning machine & the fit person - Matt was a big like a concierge!

Matt at the Southpoint location was wonderful. Although I had done a “fit ID“ before, thought it would be best to do another one since it had been at least eight years.
He explained The fit ID and explained why the shoes that were picked out would be best.
The fit ID imaging and explanation was very helpful to show how I walk, stand, and determining which shoes should be best.

Love Fleet Feet. They give the best fitting of shoes anywhere! The staff is so knowledgable. My feet feel great and Isaac went through multiple options with great patience. It's so nice when someone loves his/her job! I've bought my running and walking shoes here for years.

Fleet feet is a great store, and where I get most of my running shoes. It is pricey, so I would write a four out of five, except for the fact that the people working are always incredibly helpful, patient, and thoughtful! I worked with Owen and he did an awesome job.

It was my first time at Fleet Feet. Kylie took care of me, and after she scanned my feet, she found the perfect sneakers for my feet. She is a very knowledgeable and respectful employee. I will definitely go back to Fleet Feet.

I love Fleet Feet. So much. Employees are always helpful and I have never been dissatisfied with any of the shoes I bought here! And I'm going on, maybe, 6 pairs of shoes now from Fleet Feet? I'm a runner and a healthcare employee so I spend of lot of time using my feet, so that my shoes have held up and I keep coming back for more... it's a good sign!

Where to begin? I had heard great things about Fleet Feet and they did not disappoint. I went today for the first time because I wanted someone to actually take the time to correctly measure my feet and put me in the correct size shoe. Isaac worked with me for an hour, trying on several different sizes and brands of shoes before I finally made my decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured. Fleet Feet has a new customer. If you want excellent customer service for your feet, give Fleet Feet a try. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I have both bought shoes from Fleet Feet. The personalized fitting really makes a difference. Today I went in because of a problem with a pair of shoes husband had purchased. The label had started to peel off and they were only 3 months old and seldom worn. Even though it was past the 60 days, the store stood by the purchase and provided an exchange. Matt assisted me. He was very helpful and I left as a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Fleet Feet!

I brought a pair of shoes a month ago. They started to squeak when I walk/run. I’d thrown the box away. The employees in the store processed a return and helped me get a different style shoe without question. Apparently, the squeaky sound is common for that style (cloud surfer) great experience!

Amazing Personalized Support from the help of the SA and staff, very quick as as well. John was very knowledgeable about various brands like Hoka, Brooks, On Cloud and New Balances & helped assist me on finding the right match for me, having a wide foot and comfort is a challenge, too much cushion vs a little less cushion and stability etc. Unfortunately, my color and size was not in stock but with his help I was still able buy the shoes from a store down the street that did have my size. I’ll be back for my 6th pair of shoe soon though :)

The store was quite busy when I arrived but the staff was very friendly and I appreciate how much time they spend with each customer. They don't rush you through and they really took the time to help me. I've been wearing the same brand & style of running shoe for many years now but after my fitting, etc, I ended up leaving with a new brand & style of shoe that I like even better!

FleetFeet is the best place to get fitted for shoes- whether you’re an athlete or just have feet issues. the staff is well-trained. I was seen and fitted quickly; shoes laced per my specific needs and staff were all very professional and friendly.

Best experience I’ve ever had in ANY retail store. They measured my feet using a sophisticated system that includes arch height, stride, pressure points, etc. They worked very hard to get me into the right shoes. I returned two pairs after running in them on the street—no problem at all. Love the shoes I finally ended up with. I bought custom made inserts from them too. Would highly recommend!

10 out of 10 experience, Oscar really understood what i was looking for in a shoe and just made the entire experience fun because i did not know what to expect going into the store. Working in healthcare we are constantly on our feet and forget to take care of our bodies. Oscar opened my eyes to some new found info on proper shoes and for that i thank him a million times!!

Isaac was super helpful when it came to finding the right shoes for me and my husband. He took the time to explain different options and how sizing worked with different brands. Great experience!
