They were able to get me in the same day. And one of the mechanics were able to work with me on my brakes (Which were also a thing needed to get done) Quick service and extremely friendly considering it was a same day tire change appointment.

I would 100% recommend them to new care owners like me. They aren't too busy to explain things to you which is very appreciated and rare to find in some garages. 5 STARS

Very quick, helpful, and knowledgeable service! Gave me a great deal on tires and break pads, and even though my car isn't inspection ready, they were able to recommend someone to fix my windshield. Never a bad experience at Mavis!

Having called at 3:30 in the afternoon to check on 2 tires and driving away with 4 for the same price before 6pm was awesome to me.. The place was packed and all of the employees were definitely more than busy.. In saying that, i must say the manager was taking care of everyone with ease.. I appreciate the fact he offered the 2 free tires.. Although the 2 on the rear of my car were almost new, why wouldn’t I accept the deal like that. Anyway, I’ve seen a positive change in the way that store is ran from the last time. I was there about a year and a half ago. I’ll definitely be back..

This place is great!!!!! I got a flat tire the other day , I had no clue what to do , luckly I was only a few blocks away so I took it to Mavis and they helped me right away, I didn't have to wait, even though they looked like they were busy, they gave me a tire I could afford, my tire was not fixable, but they didn't try to sell me an expensive one, they found one that was reasonably priced and had me on my way in no time. Everyone was super nice to me. This is now my go to place for tires, I plan on telling everyone I know that this is the place to go!!

Ryan the store manager was amazing! My tires popped and I came in very overwhelmed and irate. He was able to calm me down with product solutions and set me up for other services I needed. I will definitely be using Mavis for my tires and mechanical needs in the future!

But... you don't have to take my word for it... while in the facility I overheard 2 other customers praising his customer service and compassion for people!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at the Bethlehem Mavis. We had a flat tire and arrived with spare tire on our vehicle. Although the store closes at 6 pm, Ryan, the store manager welcomed us and took us in after 7pm. Mr. Harrison went above and beyond last night. He and his team worked hard to replace 4 tires at a great price.
The customer service was exceptional and I would STRONGLY recommend the Bethlehem Mavis led by Ryan and his team.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I needed a new tire put on my car ASAP. The wonderful technicians were able to get me in five minutes before closing, the day before Easter. No more than fifteen minutes later I was back on the road heading home. Thanks to the gentlemen working there I am able to go to work tomorrow and be able to see my family for Easter. Everyone was very personable and seemed happy to help. I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be going back to them for any further service I need on my car.

Ryan and the guys at Mavis are great! I get great deals on my tires and they always take care of my car care needs. I hit a pothole recently, and they took my car in, without an appt, just to check for any under-the-car damage. I appreciate how I'm treated there when I need my car worked on👍🏼

I stopped by on a nice day randomly and asked the White shirt if he could quickly throw some lug nuts on my car (all 4 wheels). I asked what he would charge me. Not only did he accommodate me and swap them all out, he did it quickly b4 I finished my Rita's gelati. Great service.

I just want to recognize the amazing group of gentlemen at this location. I’m completely new to having a car, just got my drivers license 3 days ago, just got my car 3 months ago and I came in with a nail in my tire. My first question to myself was (What the hell do I do?!) I drove to this location feeling very anxious to get this fixed… After a short wait and witnessing Ryan interact with a rather unsavory customer I knew I was in the BEST hands. Immediately we broke the ice and the guys started working on my tire. The whole team is fantastic, energetic, personable (and let me tell you, they’re all very handsome too!) and I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This will be the spot I come to going forward. Treat these men with respect and they will reciprocate it 10 fold. Gentlemen! It was such a pleasure, you guys made my night!

I had a slow leak in my tire, upon further inspection all of my tires were shot, they were extremely helpful and had me in and out within 2 hours with 4 brand new tires and a great price! Highly recommended!

Needed my state inspection done, set my appt for today. Ryan at the desk was incredibly kind, funny and helpful. I wasn’t fully prepared but he helped me anyway. Picking up was a smooth process and they were generous with the cost. Definitely recommend! Oh, and Rob is a hard worker.

I had a screw in my tire, they took it out and quickly determined that the spare had to be put on. The installed my spare and were quick, knowledgeable and they DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!!!! Fantastic place. Thank you guys for saving my day off!!! Will definitely refer to friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Mavis. My check engine light was on and my car was sputtering when accelerating. They were able to get me in right away. The manager Ian and the technician Rob were patient and answered all of my questions as well as provided excellent customer service. My repair was completed in about an hour. I will definitely be back.

Wow!! I came in to plug in one tire and had another nail in my other tire. He was so kind knowing I was going through a struggle and did my other one for me at no charge! They even help me identify other issues with my car so when I was ready I could come back. They were also super speedy on a busy Saturday. Thanks Guys they need a raise and bless them. I got a flat tire on the way to a wedding ceremony. Thankfully I was right in front of Mavis so I pulled in hoping they could help me with replacing my flat with the spare. They jumped into action even though they were pretty busy. They kept my tire and replaced it for me the next day. Very thankful for their help and will be returning as a customer in the future.

I got into an accident that left me with two flat tires. I was frantically looking for a place to replace my tires because I commute for work and Mavis saved me. Ryan, the manager, helped me out and had my tires replaced within the day. He and his other colleagues noticed my breaks were in EXTREME need of replacement and did those for the next day as well. He was honest and is very fair with pricing. He does not try to sell you things you do not need. I would recommend Mavis Discount Tires! Thanks guys!
