Dunkin'

I had the best experience at Dunkin's today. My sister and I were deciding what we wanted to order and we were taking a bit and this lady, Norma was unbelievably kind. Dealing with rude customers can be very stressful and can sometimes make people's moods go down and she did not let that affect her. She went out of her way to be kind. Love dunks!!!

Dunkin’ with a larger than normal dining area and wifi. My daughter left her glasses here and they were kind enough to put them to the side until we could pick them up. Thank you so much!!!

They always make my coffee perfect, even if it's alittle wait it still always comes out awsome! This is the dunkin to go to ! Also try there coconutmilk its delicious!

Staff was friendly and service was fast. Donuts fully stocked even during the morning rush. Coffee order done right. Since DD started printing out your order and sticking it to the cup I've seen a huge decrease in the number of wrong orders we've received. Recommend this DD.

Super friendly. Did make a slight mistake on my order but wasn't the end of the world. Just saying "you're welcome" when I said thank you means alot to me, so many people running drive thru today have zero manners. Everyone was super pleasant!

Never had a bad experience at this location. However tonight we went at 2am and we asked the woman for her opinion on the cold chocolate.... she replied that it was addictive so we tried it. Not only was she absolutely correct she was so personable and so nice and its refreshing to see a worker who actually cares about her customers. This was already in my top favorite dunkin donuts but the experience i jist had with this particular person made it my #1 top favorite. 😀 thank you so much

Fast, friendly and not many malfunctions! Only issues have been with my bagel having butter instead of cream cheese but Evelyn, who is the manager, fixed everything. That's how management should be! A++++

Took great care of me and my family. It was busy and they did everything to the T on our order. The lady even offered to put ice in my young childs hot cocoa! Very hospitable!!

This was an amazing Dunkin and this is not always true. The woman on the microphone at drive thru was awesome and courteous and the young gentleman at the window with blonde hair was a rock star. He treated me so well and went out of his way to help me. I thank you Dunkin for employing these individuals. They are Rockstars! Keep doing good things Dunkin of North Conway !

I am a regular and its not a secret. I go about 2-4 times a day (sometimes not for me because i already picked mine up) but i am never disappointed with anything. Even if there is a lone they are always taken down really quickly. I love the app. Sometimes i feel lile i should get an extra discount for being a regular woth asuch as i go to Dunks but im content for now

Angie was amazing explaining refill prices for the new cup I bought. She took her time making my coffee just right. Excellent customer service!!

Very busy, but everyone there seemed to work together and get everyone in and out quick and with what they wanted... Have been to quite a few D&ds and some just all feel like everyone there is new... not this one...

We go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday and the staff is always friendly we just love Lisa and r.j in the drive-thru. They are human and on occasion make mistakes but are always willing to fix it with a smile..

What can be said? The world runs on Dunkin! The staff here is quick, friendly & most important accurate. Our orders have always been correct and that's vital to most of us.

Very friendly staff, clean and always really fast. Manager John and his assistant Evelyn are doing great job with other employees. Love this place.

The coffee and food is great, just need faster cashiers to get the people out , need 2 cashiers at all time. Customers love fast and courthouse cashiers .

Maybe I'm juat biased to the dunkin in my town. But their coffee is always tastier there, than other dunkins I've been too.
