So Wish l could Live there. Found a Great home 4sale, but l can't get a Loan, thanks to my ex husband...Finance Prof. Knows that If he, illegally, stops paying me He Can & Does get away with it
& Ruins my Credit !!
But this park, is quiet, clean, friendly neighbors, wonderful shade from beautiful trees......How l Wish l could get a Loan to Buy the single wide,

Re-done inside....

It's a great place to live! Clean well-kept friendly. Can't say enough. Great manager, I know everybody doesn't think so but rules are rules. That's why it's a nice place to live.

We've been looking for a place for my grandson that is closer to work for him. This is a nice quiet little family park close to everything in Zephyrhills. The manager who is leaving is amazing and the manager that's coming in behind her she's amazing also. He'll be moving in in about a week and a half and it'll be a nice place for my great granddaughter when she's there and daddy's not working.

Mocking Bird is a wondeful place to live. Everything is well maintained and kept up.
The office manager is such a good business woman as well as very empathetic and personable and very loving and helpful. She handles everything in a timely manner and goes above and beyond. She will be a big reason people will have longevity in the park. Such a good crew they have there.
