How the heck are all the reviews for this Post Office not 5 star? I don't even live in N.H., and I go out of my way to go here. Always kind, prompt, helpful and professional. Much faster in and out than the others too.

We LOVE the New Hudson post office. Dawn & Katie are the very best. Their customer service is so much better than the South Lyon post office.

They helped fix the mess that South Lyon post office created with our passports. They delivered our passports in soaking wet envelopes & did NOTHING to help our family.

I have lived in New Hudson the last 8 and a half years. Before that my parents had a PO Box for years since they moved out here in 1976.I have lived in this area since 2001. This is a small, personable, township office. I like the friendly service every time.

Everyone here is so nice! Quick service, even though this is a very busy little post office. Small building with charm. Great people both inside and in our neighborhoods. Thank you for being awesome 👍😎

Loved my experience here, small town so obviously they have a small office. Very personal, always a smile and a greeting by name. The building needs to be updated and expanded along with the parking lot but definitely love all our carriers and office workers! They always go above and beyond, even when I come in to get mail for the day the carrier will bundle it for me and look to see if I have any packages instead of delivering them separately (so glad because I go on vacation and they'd be out all week sometimes).

The postal workers here are prompt and courteous. The woman at the counter has helped me many times with different post office procedures. She helped me navigate passport applications for my family. I appreciate the workers at this location. Thank you!

So i had a misplaced package. Went to this office and they called the driver. No sooner i got home the driver was in my driveway with the package. With so many deliveries its gonna happen. They made correction very fash. Thank you New Hudson USPS.

Very nice experience for me on 9/22 fairly busy before closing. The clerk was patient and helpful.

I use this post office at least once a week, and they are friendly and helpful. The whole experience has a very small town feel, which I enjoy.

What a nightmare...Thank goodness Dawn stepped in to take care of me. Dawn was super friendly but whoever the other person was working the front with grayish blond hair and glasses is sooo rude. How about she works just on delivering mail and not with people up front. I was asked if I was sending out a package I said yes and than she asked me if I had a qr code. No and than she gave me a sharpie with attitude and walked away

I asked a question about my change of address and was told by one of the employees, "you can't change your address." I then went to the Brighton Post Office where a kind gentleman explained the process to me and gave me a simple form to fill out and turn in. The New Hudson post office seems like its employees don't care about helping and are lazy, as my issue only required a small form. Thank you, Brighton!

Went to this post office with same situation at different times. 3 employees. One just grabbed and said have a nice day, other said I needed tape and the other said it had to be sealed and label affixed. Lazy or lack of training. Hugs are free and this last lady obviously isn't getting any!
