Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I love Sherwin Williams. After painting a few times with lower quality hardware store paints I switched to their Duration brand. The difference is incomparable. Everything goes on MUCH smoother and more predictably. You don't need tape, drop clothes, or any special tools, because the paint does not splatter or run at all - it goes only where you want it to. I will be using them from now on.

The products are quality and the team is very knowledeable and when I went in I forgot to check my email for a coupon and the girl found one on line for me!!! That saved me almost $100 that is no small chunk chain! They really try to make their customers happy. Although, I was disappointed when they didn't sponsor our county fair by helping us get free paint to paint our bleachers considering I along have purchased 30 gallons in the last two years alone. And our family has contractors, builders and painters in the family and also purchase Sherwin-Williams.

Robert was extremely helpful and has an incredible eye for color! He knew the undertones of everything paint and what paints would align well. After going to the paint stores BM and SW 10x each he was the best associate I worked with over the course of a month when I was picking paint colors. Thank you Robert!

Tony and his staff provided invaluable assistance when I was doing some DIY home renovations, answering tons of questions and helping with product selection. Absolutely top shelf customer service, you can't get better paint and there isn't a better place to buy it from in RVA.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff and the best part they were within $10 of Lowes and Home Depot pricing! Well worth a few more dollars for the education and better quality products.

I have known the manage for years, he will bend over backwards to help in anyway he can. if you ever need a match on paint either him or his assistant are experts. If they are not available you need Robert at Chippingham store or Lauderdale Drive store. I'm a commercial painter and I highly recommend TONY!!! He will help you in everyway he can, efficiently and cost effectively.

The staff at this Sherwin-Williams store is by far the best! I bought all the paint for my home at this store and I have been satisfied every step of the way, I would highly recommend
