Love this store!

I have been a supporter of this small business for years. I’ve raves about it, posted their stuff on social media and spent a LOT of money. Recently every order I’ve received has an issue- a hole in the armpit of one shirt, another shirt with a seam tear down the entire side- it was huge, another with extra stitches I had to cut and pull out of a couple different spots, another with a hole on the bottom. Almost every time they’re sold out and can’t replace the item and they offer a gift card not a refund. I’ve let it go and said ok. I just received a pair of shorts that were supposed to be euro swim trunks. They were 100% not swim trunks. The customer service rep argued with me and told me they were what they say they are and I can return them for a gift card minus a restocking fee. I’ve purchased 7 total pairs of euro trunks from this company. This is the only pair I’ve ever had a problem with because they are nothing like euro trunks. I got a wave goodbye from customer service when they were tired of dealing with my complaint. I’m disgusted that I’ve spent this much money supporting a small shop that treats a loyal customer so poorly. It’s just unacceptable. Yes they have cute items and when they’re not damaged they’re great. But customer service is beyond rude.

The store is very hard to get ahold of no phone number and they do not answer emails or messages. Not a very responsive place. Have very cute baby’s items.
