I walked into this store with an iPhone issue… I didn’t think it had anything to do with my phone service, but I was in the area and had done all of the troubleshooting online, so I figured I would stop by and ask. Nichol took the time to listen to me, did everything she could to troubleshoot my issues, partnered with her coworkers, and gave me a very educated guess about what the problem is. I knew I was going to have to go to Apple all along, but she was so patient and tried everything to try to help me avoid that trip. She gets all the stars. Also, pro-tip from just observing the service here: if you locked yourself out of your phone (or caused any problem through human error), that’s not a T-Mobile service issue, that’s a “you” problem, so don’t hold it against the employees or the carrier that you can’t get into your phone. If you get mad about something they can’t control, they will apologize for your frustration and treat you with respect, but make sure you’re getting mad at the right people. These people were fantastic and I have nothing but great things to say about my year of service with T-Mobile.

This was a great experience. They were very helpful and patient. Every employee was knowledgeable and we a got a great plan. I would personally like to thank Allison for the great job she did. She helped my family a great deal.

Great store. 10 stars if I could. The entire team in the store was great. A couple weeks ago, I waited outside just before 11 AM to repair my iPhone screen. I dropped it and half of it was glowing green. 🤣 A woman came to the door greeted me, let me in to discuss what I needed help with. She let the repair man know I needed his help and Matt came out to the front to assist me and let me know what he could do and was super friendly. He fixed the phone earlier than expected and sent me right on my way. I love that they were constantly wiping everything down to keep it germ free and we were able to share some laughs and I got some questions answered as well about sprint service.

We arrived at TMobil 15 minutes before closing and the staff provided excellent service. We left the store with a new phone. My granddaughter was very happy with her new phone. I must say the store was very clean. The staff never made us feel rushed, even though they were closing.

The store was quite busy when I came in around 7 PM but you couldn’t tell from the way Nairobi stepped away from the counter and made sure that I was quickly placed in the cube for Assistance. Her enthusiasm and kindness was not only appreciated but I felt needed to be noted. She made such a good impression on just getting me in the queue. Following that I dealt with Lucy which happened to be the floor lead she was very quick knowledgeable and assistive throughout the whole process. I can’t recall the last time I had a bad experience at Sprint but being from out of town coming to a store or you have no idea where it is, just expect things to go wrong but boy did they prove me wrong. The team seem to have a very good atmosphere and I think them very much for their presence and kindness. Keep up the good work .

I had a great experience. My bill went down 1/3 and i got 2 speakers for less than the price of one! I was was more than happy with Nairobi's customer service. And all my situations were resolved.

Last month I dropped my iPhone face down onto the pavement cracking the screen pretty badly. I do not have the monthly insurance plan so I unfortunately had to bite the bullet and replace the screen at full cost. This so happened to occur during the COVID19 pandemic. I called the store staff the day prior to taking my phone in to ensure they had a technician available to replace the screen, and then went in the next day. The staff handled the entire situation very professionally despite some unruly customers upset at the fact that they had to wait outside briefly (there is a limit to how many people can be inside of the store at a time which is occurring at every open business in NJ due to the pandemic...not quite sure why this was such a shock to them). I did not mind patiently waiting my turn and had a great experience with the phone technician. The replacement took about 2 hours and my iPhone screen is, once again, flawless. Thank you for your great customer service!

I had a great experience today with Destiny. She was very informative and a pleasure doing business with. There should be more workers like her. I am actually looking forward to my next Sprint adventure. Thanks for having such a well trained employee.

I'm giving it a rate of 5 stars because of the employee that helped me when I was extremely frustrated with Asurion, the insurance company. The employees name was Parish and she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me complete my insurance claim and assisted me with analyzing my monthly bill. She set me up with a plan that was more suitable regarding usage and price. Sprint still needs to get a hold of its charges and service. But that is something I've learned not to dispute with the employees because they don't have the power to change what Sprint decides to charge on a month to month basis. Again the 5 stars is based on the service I got from Parish. I recommend her for any issues you may have. Very pleasant and I found her to be honest and realistic in regards to Sprint and it's service. Thank you Parish .

This store location has the most consistent level of great customer service and today was no different. I suddenly became locked out of my business phone due to an automatic lock code generated by Google for Business. I was assisted by Matt Simon's, a Sprint technician who was empathetic, courteous, and highly skilled, not only at his job but, as an astute, analytical problem solver. He walked me through a diagnostic that rectified my problem. Then Matt went above and beyond to ensure I actually comprehended Google's new verification procedure in relation to my computer. He also showed me how to safeguard my privacy settings. Sprint is very fortunate to have Matt be an exemplary brand ambassador at this flagship location.

Went over to this store without any real expectations, was simply hoping for the best. Turns out the staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly, knew exactly the problem i was working with, why it happened, and was able to resolve it. When we hit a snag, they were willing to work through it with me and i left with my phone fully functional and a happy customer over all. Thanks again!

Great store overall, I'm still getting used to the check-in kiosk things. Although the kiosk are only for keeping a place in line, I believe you can schedule appointments online prior to coming into the store. Lucy was friendly and customer oriented. Thank you, Lucy! The store flows well and even with the kiosks the employees come around and interact with you while you're waiting

This place is willing to help while helping others. Also friendly services to those who are computer illiterate, their patience is excellent! Also a great Pokemon Gym spot. If you are in another state and your phone goes out of commission, they are willing to help. From Personal Experience.
