Rich and Barbara were excellent to work with. They accommodated me as I was coming out of state and held the car until I arrived so I could chk it out. You should always research a vehicle's ownership, title and maintenance history before making a purchase. The vehicle I purchased from Brandon, the owner, has been great. I left feeling like I got a fair deal on both the purchase and trade-in amounts, and the whole process was quick and easy.

Was in need of a new car bad and got approved and handled all the paperwork and drove off with my new/used car that same day, very blessed to have walked into that door, will continue to do business with them. I must say I readed all the reviews on this astablishment.
This was after one of my family members purchased a nice vehicle from them. So now they wanted me to go a check out some of there vehicles for myself. So that's when I checked the reviews. I wasn't impressed by the reviews but went anyway.
The people here where helpful, respectful and very very friendly.
I test drove 4 different vehicles and found one I really liked. With the help of Brandon... I was looking at an 07 but he had me look at a few others as well. We bought a 2013 and we couldn't be happier, with the vehicle or the service we received.... So what ever you do after reading reviews, go and check for yourself you might be pleasantly surprised!!!! Just like me.

Searched Everywhere for a Used Toyota Sienna. Test Drove a few locally and Finally found one at The Auto Store. Right off the bat when walking in the door we were met with friendly smiles. We were introduced to the owner, Mr. Bennett. He just happened to be in that day covering for his son.

He was genuinely friendly,honest, polite and very helpful. The Car is amazing. Everything we were looking for. It's a 2008 Toyota Sienna Limited with every Bell and Whistle you can imagine and it all worked. Test drove it. Loved it. The best part was the Price. Mr Bennett ensured we got the best price possible. I ask to have it checked out by our mechanic. Right then and there he gave us the keys and we drove it to our mechanic.

Our Mechanic, Roger and Owner of Webster Imports in Greensboro, gave us the thumbs up saying it was in great shape. We were very Happy. We returned and bought the car right away.

The staff at The Auto Store are awesome. The Salesman, Israel, took care of all the Paperwork. Gave us all the information we needed and had us on our way. Replaced two front tires with Michelin's, a new Battery and a full tank of Gas. Now that is service.

Glad we got to work with the Owner Mr. Bennett and Salesman Israel that Day. I will definitely recommend others to stop there first before going elsewhere.

Brandon and the staff truly made my car buying experience a great one. I’ve had bad experiences and was extremely nervous when talking to them but they made me feel so comfortable.

I had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and found exactly what I was looking for. After taking a test drive we got the financing settled and were done in a few hours from pulling in to driving off the lot in my new car. Very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend or purchase from again.

God bless the Auto Store in walkertown. I remember when I was looking for a car 2 yrs ago I had bad credit and I was getting turned away left and right. It was kind of leaving me discouraged, but eventually I found the store and told them I was looking for reliable transportation and they found me a car. They made away for me, gaving me a chance. Now I own that car thanks to the God lord's vindication. The dealers at the auto store are honest, friendly, helpful, and most importantly God fearing people. I would recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle stop by and look around their lot.

About a week and a half ago i was in desperate need of a vehicle. due to an accident that wasn’t my fault that left me with out a vehicle so I decided to try the auto store in the market for truck I picked out a White 2012 Ford F150. everything went smoothly everyone was friendly no issues with purchase
