Aa soon as I walked in door I was greated and ask what I needed help with. I said one of my tires had a slow leak. The gentleman immediately went outside with me to look at my tire. Front 2 tires were bad. I asked, should I get all 4 replaced. He was honest with me and said I only needed the 2 tires replaced not all 4. Excellent and honest customer service. He said it would be 1 hr wait. They had new tires on and had me on my way in 35 minutes.

These guys are great. Found the trailer tires we needed and got ‘em dun quick. Excellent customer service and professionalism!!

I have been going here since I moved down this way. My fiancés family has been going for years before that. I love them. Very friendly and fair. Example: was on my way to football practice around 6pm and my tire blows. I go to southern tire, they are closing but ensure me that they will have it done in the morning and apologize for the inconvenience. My fiancé has work to do the next day so we get ready and we head that way and I tell him To drop Me off and I’d wait. By the time we get there about 11/12. May have even been earlier, but My car was already done and ready to go. They had stated that they felt bad for closing the day before and leaving me here so they made it a priority to get my car done first! I so greatly appreciate your hard work and dedication to making your customers happy! Great job!

On our way up from Florida ABS light came on our 07 Silverado. So glad we found ST because they were awesome. Went from being stuck for over a week at another shop to getting out the door in 2 hours.
Tech and service manager were incredible.
I had a hub bearing replacement done and they even discounted our bill since they took the time to find a better price on the bearing.
I just pulled into our home in upstate NY safe and sound thanks to these guys. Wish I lived closer so we could use their service more often.
Well done in record time and reasonable rates, what more could you ask.

Southern Tire & Auto Centers in La Plata, Maryland was a place I will now use for all my tire needs! Mike Miller assisted me from the start and made me feel like he knew me all his life. He took the time to look up what I needed for my vehicle and explained the difference in Run Flat Tires and Regular tires. He wasn't trying to up sale anything and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. This was late one evening and he was even willing to have the work done that night. I ended up requesting the work the next day and he had everything ready to get me serviced. He went the extra mile offering a discounted alignment with my tire purchase. The prices were well under the competitors who I visited before turning to Mike. This is a Great Place for professional service, fair pricing and building a long term relationship beyond the day of purchase. Mike shared with me that he would give me free tire rotation after 5,000 miles and to call him with any issues with my tires. The center is tucked behind the Roy Rogers and Colonial Liquors off Crain Highway. It's worth visiting not only for tires they also do service on vehicles as well. I haven't visited their other locations and can only speak about my experience in La Plata with Mike Miller of Southern Tire & Auto Centers. I highly recommend contacting Mike and using Southern Tire & Auto Centers for all your vehicle needs.

The best, reliable auto shop in La Plata, let alone Charles County. The gentlemen are accommodating, efficient, accurate, and pleasant. For the years that I have lived there, they have successfully and quickly repaired my wife's car and mine. The prices are not insane and will let you use outside parts.

I have been taking my vehicle here for regular oil changes as well as purchasing and installing my tires there. Also bring my sons vehicle here. Guys in the front office are always very friendly however not great at recording changes in scheduling. They did mix up a change that I had made in the scheduling of both our vehicles, however they were extremely prompt in attending to both vehicles. That was the only issue I have had in dealing with Southern Tire since 2012. Thanks to all of the employees.

Highly professional and trustworthy! Prices are fair and the work is first class. Just re-shoed our Ford Escape, hopefully for the last time. In and out in no time. We'll definitely be back!

I went in to pricing a few services I wanted and the guy at the desk was very friendly and gave me the pricing I wanted. I am going back to get the services in a couple of weeks. They are much cheaper than the dealership.

Dropped my Nissan sentra off on Thursday afternoon for a Friday morning appointment and received a phone call about 10 am to cone and pickup my car.

Everyone was super nice. They were very customer service oriented and friendly. Junior helped me. He was amazing and took time to explain things. I highly recommend him.
