Economy RVs

This RV shop is awesome because they keep all their RV's unlocked on Saturdays, and they're not on top of you or following you to try to make a pressure sale. Their prices are better than any other in the area. The only disappointment is that they don't sell motorhomes. Customer Service is excellent!

We would highly recommend Economy RV. They worked with us over the phone, provided us with a much better deal than the 2 other dealerships we were talking to, work hard to fit our delivery and 5th wheel hitch install in FAST due to a tight schedule on our part. Dawn communicate well and work hard to get our numbers where we needed them. I can’t recall his name, but the retired military man who worked our finance was great. Brooke was fabulous when she did our walk through! All and all, this is our fifth RV purchase and I think it was the best experience so far.

My husband and I recently purchased an RV. James was nothing but understanding and patient with showing my husband and I multiple travel trailers which fit our families requirements/needs. Cindy was also very kind and patient in the application process. Brooke did our travel trailer walk through and was very knowledgable about all the features - we are amateurs with the RV game so she really did an exceptional job in addressing our RV101 questions. We did a ton of research before we decided on the RPOD 179 and visited many RV dealers and Economy RVS was the best by far. It was a excellent experience from beginning to end.The customer service was fantastic all the way around. Between James,Jeff,Eric and Scott we felt like they truly were happy to help us out and make sure we understood everything we needed too. The all around friendly & professional customer service was a nice change from the experiences we had at other dealers we visited.

Economy RV's gave us a great experience. We found that they had the best price in the entire DC metro area. We interacted with Mike at the office. He was professional and not aggressive. This was a very quick transaction. We spent less then 30 minutes in the office doing paper work. Then we went to the service department and Jeremy took very good care of us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up spending about 30 minutes helping me with my brake controller that I installed my self. He didn't charge me a dollar either. So awesome of him. Then I needed a part for my trailer due to oversight, and Jay at the service department took very good care of me. He had the part sent to me within a day. We were researching buying a travel trailer.
They were so helpful. They answered every question and gave us info we never thought to ask. Showed us 4 great travel trailers. Never pressured us into a sale.
They were just awesome. We will purchase a trailer through them when we are ready.

Economy RV is one that best places for veterans to go. I bought my 1st toy hauler there they went above and beyond to help me buy it and they do great maintenance on it their prices are reasonable and are always there for support. Especially for a beginner I bought the 31v vengeance.

Although we didnt buy today, Steve helped my wife and I learn about RVs and get a feel for what we were getting ourselves into, practically and financially. He was a fountain of knowledge and made us feel at ease with what is a pretty dang big decision. Great experience, thanks Steve!

My husband and I visited Economy RVs last week just to look at some new travel trailers. We both enjoyed the visit because our sales representative, Ronnie, was extremely helpful. Seeing as we have never owned a travel trailer, my husband and I had a million questions, which were all answered and explained by Ronnie. We were amazed with the large selection of new travel trailers and loved learning about the different layouts that were available. We will definitely be returning to Economy RVs in the springtime to purchase the Rockwood Lite travel trailer that we fell in love with!! Highly recommend new potential RV owners to experience Economy RVs located in southern MD.

I have purchased 1 5th wheel and 3 travel trailers from this dealership. I had trouble with a leaking roof when the first one was out of warranty. Their staff was great at getting the manufacturer to step up and cover the repair which included replacing rotted flooring. Their service and sales staff has always been pleasant and professional and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to purchase or repair an RV.
