My wife has dealt with Kay’s for several years and won’t go anywhere else! She recently upgraded her wedding set and Kendra and Destiny went above and beyond attending to her needs. She is extremely happy with her ring and and the staff at the Barboursville Kay’s!

The people at the Kay’s location in Barboursville were wonderful! They were courteous & took care of me in a very timely manner! When my bracelet came back from repair & I picked it up , it looked amazing! I am so pleased with the work ! It looks brand new. Thanks so much!

Every time I’m at Kay’s, Chris Adkins is always so helpful! He’s always going above and beyond for my husband and I when come into the store. From helping my Husband get the engagement ring ordered, to getting his wedding band, resizing and any other questions or service we may need - He gives his all in making sure we are taken care of and that everything has a smooth process. If you ever stop by here, I highly recommend going to see him! Best customer service!!

Even with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, they are on top of their game. I went in to find a pair of earrings and came out with that and then some. The associate that helped us was amazing! He was able to get me a fantastic deal and took time to answer each and every question that I had. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Both my engagement ring and wedding ring were purchased here at Kay's. Their employees are excellent and always willing to help in any way they can to make sure the customer is taken care of whether it be a sale or a concern with a repair.
