Sweet Spot

Me and my family come to Emerald Isle every may. My grandparents take me to my special day where we go to the book store the toy store and the candy store (which is sweet spot) going here is one of my favorite parts of the vacation the food is great, the service is wonderful, and the prices are average, sweet spot is always organized and clean. My favorite candy to get here is the salt water taffy. They have so many flavors but my favorite had to be the blue raspberry. We will always come back here. If you ever need a quick treat at Emerald Isle then I highly suggest to go to sweet spot.-

There are so many options of Hershey's ice cream, more than we've seen at any other establishment. So good! Even though it can be a long line at times, they move through it very quickly. In addition to bowls and cones (waffle, sugar, and cake and chocolate dipped), they also have different types of fun sundaes and milkshakes with any flavor. This is our favorite place to go for ice cream!

We got 2-3 scoop sundaes with a mixture of different ice creams , whip cream, wet nuts 🤣😂, and hot fudge chocolate and they were so good! We will be back tomorrow for more!! Staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly!!🤩

Sweet Spot is THE spot to go to! must try their shakes! comes in a glass you get to keep, so yummy!!

Delicious ice cream. They are very efficient serving and getting folks through the line. The staff is amazingly awesome and nice. They always ask “is that enough” before giving you your ice cream.

They have a lot of knick knacks and a huge selection of taffy. Checkout their chocolate bar too.

Excellent service and selection for ice cream! So many flavors and for those that have reactions or sensitivity to certain ingredients....you have options here! The taffy selection is great (bought a whole bag full) and I'm looking forward to returning to try more from this candy and ice cream shop! I highly recommend you coming here again and again and again! My family loved it and so will you!

The Sweet Spot is walking distance from the beach and has a nice selection of icecream and sorbet as well as many other treats and gifts. One favorite is the BYO taffy bag. My mom lives taffy but the mixed boxes/bags always have done flavors she doesn’t like so this was a perfect gift for her.

This is a cute little store! The ice cream is super yummy and the staff is very friendly. The kid size bowls were not skimpy at all, they made sure to round them up! The moose tracks was a little gritty like it had been there for a little long but the other two were super creamy. I like the little tables they have inside to enjoy your treats at.

Amazing small town ice cream and gift shop. No reason to check out the others, this is the one! The staff are very kind, patient, and accommodating. Get your sweet fix here!

My family and I always make sure to stop at Sweet Spot when we are in Emerald Isle! The staff who work here are so kind, asking us if they put enough ice cream on our cones, and even bringing cups of water out to us as we enjoyed our ice cream on the rocking chairs. I could not recommend another ice cream place more highly! BIG thanks to their team for being a part of our family tradition!

Yo Erica hooked me up with this banana split I told her go crazy and she really did I let her ice cream knowledge do the work and sat back and put my trust in her and that thing was gasssss. Delicious she had great customer service and I had to ask for her name so that I could leave this review. Great service deserves raise for sure. Running that whole place

Very friendly workers, large portions, and great prices for the amount you get, honestly some of the best icecream you'll ever have. It's also a a shop too, with basic beach things, saltwater Taffy, handcrafted items, and much more.

Great ice cream and gift shop! The scoops are so big for a single scoop so I recommend only getting a single! Loved the chocolate chip ice cream and the vanilla peanut butter ribbon

We drive 10 hours, approx 1.5 hours from Hershey, to have Hershey ice cream at our favorite Sweet Spot! Get yourself some ice cream, candy and whatever else is cute in the gift shop and have a seat on the rockers. This is a must-visit if you're on the island!

Always friendly people and great service. LOTS of varied sweets (candy,etc) as well as coastal home decor items, souvenirs, etc as well as a large variety of delicious hand scooped ice cream. There are several table and chairs for dining in or rocking chairs out front as well as take-out of course. We always make the drive from Atlantic Beach to visit this place when vacationing. I personally love their black cherry ice cream with plump, juicy pieces of black cherries.

It was a really nice place to visit. Ice cream shop and souvenir shop in one place. I would prefer to support local shops instead of chains any day no matter where I go. It was a nice walking distance from our beach house.
