I had an outstanding experience at J.B.A. Chevrolet, earning them a solid 5 stars. From the initial order with Jim Day to a seamless purchase with my salesman Dave, the process was excellent. Matt and Brandon in service provided exceptional support, and Matt Legare in finance made the financial aspect smooth. Sang, the sales manager, and the entire team contributed to making my Corvette purchase truly enjoyable.

Michael offers his vehicles for a very competitive price for the market and will not tack on extra fees on the back end. This is huge considering that most dealers will add things like "after market parts, reconditioning fees, advantage plans, etc." on once you get the price sheet so they can list their vehicles for less online. Not JBA! The price you see is the real price of the vehicle. His doc fee is also very reasonable. Most dealers will list a vehicle for less and then have an outrageous doc fee to compensate. This dealer is doing car business the right way by being very transparent and not price gouging the customer. He will match offers for trade in values to secure a deal, and he does not mince words. You can rest easy knowing that you really did get the best price for your vehicle. After having called over 40 car dealers over 2 months of searching, I cannot recommend this dealer enough. They are a diamond in the ruff compared to other shady dealers and deserve your business. They will give you the best deal you are going to find in the area.

This is the way cars should be sold. Fair and honest people. Kris W. was my salesperson and he was super knowledgeable. The first offer didn’t meet my needs so we chatted. The manager got involved and met me in the middle. No bad feelings in either end and we both gave a little to make the deal work. Finance people were awesome - gave big discounts on warranties!! Very happy I went there. Also only took 3 hours!! Kudos JBA

JBA is great. Everyone is absolutely friendly and all inquire if they can help. Sales person Andy made purchasing a vehicle as stress free as possible. Overall a great experience with Andy. After the purchase I ordered accessories for the vehicle. The folks in parts call every time the part is ready for pick up. To say that is refreshing is an understatement. And again, everyone working the parts counter are super! JBA is highly recommended by me.

My experience was relaxing. I was always told the next steps in the process; everyone was warm and welcoming and made me feel good about coming into the establishment. I was excited to come and was determined to leave with a vehicle. Bill Shuey was great and a pleasure to work with. I recommended everyone to come here for a smooth and successful transition.

Pricey as all hell, but the work gets done and no worries about anything going wrong or happening. 13 Silverado Z71 new engine and transmission and other things done by them.

The Service Manager provided me personal attention for the initial nitrogen fill in my tires. JBA is one of only a few sources for this service. Nitrogen is a more stable and longer lasting inflation gas. The service time only took the time to enjoy a cup if coffee. And, pressure adjustments, when needed, are at no cost. Ive been using nitrogen on my two C7 Corvettes and continue now on my Cadillac EV.

Purchased an electric SUV from JBA Kia. It's a brand new dealership with great looking facilities. The sales staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't pressure me into buying anything. I got exactly what I wanted and they took care of all of my questions/concerns in the days after my purchase.
By the way, a few years ago I wouldn't have even considered buying a Kia but the new models they have are truly outstanding, much better than what I expected. In fact I traded in a Tesla for a Kia EV and I couldn't be happier.

Everyone at JBA was so amazing and helpful. We had a budget we needed to stick to and they did everything in their power to get us there. I know we didn't make it easy but they worked with us. We highly suggest going here for your next car. This is our second car with JBA.

Set up an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. As soon as I arrived my vehicle was taken to the service department. In no time I receive a msg that my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Swift easy transaction. Jim Day helped me get my ordered C8 Z06 as people are stuck with no communication from the large regional dealers and will be waiting a few more years. Communication was great throughout the process and I was in and out of the dealer when it arrived. No sleazy sales tactics, "dealer charges", and mandatory add-ons that other dealers try to add in.

My salesman Devon was fantastic he was kind patient and didn't try to take advantage of an older woman shopping by herself. I love my car and can't say enough about the whole experience... thank you Devon and JBA

The process was smooth, quick and easy. I was there at the dealer no more than an hour. The quickset I have ever been in and out at any dealer. Staff was great!

This was my second time having my vehicle serviced at JBA, I find their team very professional and move you through there quickly as they explain everything they’re servicing on your vehicle. They go over and beyond. I also found that going to the dealership, my vehicle was not being over serviced as the myth tells you. 😁

Friendly, welcoming and helped with a recall i wasnt even aware of. Was able to get that and my oil change done the same day so i did not have to come back.

Called to book an appt. She had me up on the system before we started talking. Booked it for a convenient time and my wife had the truck in and out in about an hour. Well done and efficient.

Traveling in my new 2024 2500hd Silverado towing a 37 foot 5r from Ohio to Delaware, I reached Baltimore no issues, next day of trip kept getting readings of trailer missing brakes disconnected check trailer, etc, then it'd be okay again, then it applied trailer brake without me touching them, then I had none on trailer, luckily its a chevy 2500hd and could stop the 9200lbs using on me like nothing.

Pulled into JBA Service, no appointment, from out of state, not known from a hole in the ground... NINE SERVICE MEMBERS were all over my rig I no time with all the latest greatest tech tools for diagnostics, NONSTOP until they got to the root cause to get me on my way... they ruled out my trailer as the issue, ruled out the plug in outlets ruled out the harnesses to find that the issue was the brake control module, (my spologies to the tech that got the face full of water from the bumper plug) you mechanics really know your fluid tastes, " yep, that's water". You got my parts, installed and got me running again to a great vacation (despite the gps by Garmin) routing me through Inner Harbor at rush hour and through what I now know was "cherry hill" ( a bad part of town that something 50+ feet in length and worth over a quarter million dollars should never enter , even with police escort ). YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING, ILL NEVER BE ABLE TO THANK YOU ENOUGH... I hope my rig sitting in the lot got you some sales as it pulled a beautiful rig and stopped it like it was nothing, despite a minor component failure... You kept me laughing through the whole ordeal and got me to my trip and home again with no issues... you all agree on a favorite "beverage" and my next trip to Baltimore area drinks are on me !

JBA Service is best in Nation, my hometown service station would have made me call for apointment... TOU ROCK !
