Great burger. Great fries. Expensive feeling though. The checkout system always asks for a tip and I always put one on so a burger fries and a pop were over $17. The staff was friendly, when I realized that I forgot to order the fries with the cajun seasoning he said it was no problem and my fries were perfect.

Free unlimited peanuts.

Inside it was very well-lit, music was at an appropriate volume - it was possible to have a conversation although I’d prefer it a little quieter but that could have been based on the seats we chose.

Plenty of free parking available. It’s at the end of a strip mall.

Went to Five Guys with my sons this weekend. The burgers and fries are always the best. We ate in the restaurant and the music was just too loud, and the selection was off. This is probably a corporate decision and not the local managers doing. That music just needs to go from 11 to 7 or 6 and it would make the experience much better.

Easy location right off of 494 and next to Target. Clean store, fast service and a nice outdoor patio.

I don’t know what the negative reviews are talking about. The employees here - especially shift leads & management, are SO KIND! They make my day & they work their butts off! I consistently have extremely good food & great interactions. It also seems the employees have great friendships amongst one another and work well. Love it here so much

fast, clean solid food. Order a head and they will finish it up while you wait. It costs more than a drive thru but the quality is high. Free Peanuts in the building do not go if you have a peanut allergy.

I was craving fries. What can I say? They’re really the best. I had a grilled cheese sandwich too. Delicious. My fry craving was handled perfectly!

The employees at this five guys are unreal - they work incredibly hard & tonight there was just one person making food & one taking orders - I was pleased to see everyone in the space being respectful & patient, it’s clear how hard the man cooking was working & I just want to applaud him (it’s the evening of 12/14/21) - it’s not easy what he’s doing tonight all while remaining kind and helpful to customers. I love this location and my burger!!!!

The workers are amazing. The food is even better. There's not a single burger place thatd I'd rather go to. People complain about the price but forget about the quality. You can tell that there is love pit into these burgers. The weekday morning crew is some of the best workers I've ever met when it comes to making my lunch. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! Five Guys Plymouth burgers & fries very fresh & tasty.. made super fast, friendly staff.. a good value for your money. I will come back every time I'm really hungry!

Polite service with a smile. Burgers are always a safe bet (and they are cooked well done). We would also recommend the Cajun fries with a hot dog. You really cannot go wrong at Five Guys. Thank you to our little local spot in Plymouth.

The hamburger and fries were both soggy. I've ordered from here before, and it was fine. It seems like it was just a one-off.

I love Five Guys and this location in particular. It is always very clean, fast and the food is consistent.

A friend forgot his wallet at home when we went here, but only realized this after he had ordered his meal. The employee behind the counter said “No problem,” and gave him his meal for free! There was no line behind us, and still “no problem” even when we offered to pay for his meal ourselves. Not to mention, the food at every Five Guys location never ceases to impress.

Holy cow, this place. My friend and I went in tonight, and she has a sesame allergy. We forgot to ask about buns beforehand....but the clerk said "what if you got two bottoms?" Then the cook hand picked off sesame seeds. So nice. They were both amazing so late at night. <3 <3
