Honestly I have never had a bad experience with Blasdell post office. Alot of people are making comments about the older gentleman he is not nasty ...it is his sense of humor. He jokes around ! They are all nice people ! We all have bad days remember that when you have a horrible day at work and someone takes you the wrong way. Keep up the good work Blasdell Post office!

Thank you Blasdell Post Office. I have always had a pleasant experience when doing business. Today was no exception. I called with a concern, and it was handled expediently and professionally (Thank you, Kelly and my carrier - yes I received mail!)

The Blasdell Post Office is the best post office around.
I really like the people there. My sent mail always arrives to its destination in a timely manner when sent from this facility.

Sometimes it is busy and slow, but all post offices go through this. I like that although the guys behind the counter have just dealt with someone who is grumpy, they have never treated me with any less than kindness and respect. Love this place much more than other post offices in the area.

I have been there several times and yes it's busy & slow. But of recent it has improved, there is another gentleman behind the desk that was very helpful and the permanent employees behavior has also improved.

Had two packages to mail to Commonwealth of Virginia, two different addresses in the same zip code, both I have mailed packages to before. Clerk told me she had to have an email address to mail the packages. She said it was something new. I did not have email addresses for either of the recipients. So I had to leave. Went to a different post office in a nearby town. No one asked me for email addresses. I paid, the packages were mailed out. Bottomline is do not go to Blasdell. They do not know what they are doing there except making it more confusing for customers.

The man today who was working on counter 5/21 at about 1230 was very rude to me. I walked in with a big package and asked him if I had to fill out a slip to send it out. He rolled his eyes at me and answered yes. Then yelled at me about how my box was packaged. I wasnt done packaging it. So I asked if there was any tape I can use. He then rolled his eyes at me again and told me I had to buy the tape which is very expensive. So I proceeded and bought tape and he rudely yelled across the lobby where I was sending it out to. Very horrible service. I worked fast food management and one thing I've learned was patience with customers I understand there might be other tasks he had to get done but this is no exception to treat a customer.
