Outstanding and very patient with pick up after my truck and father died in the same week! Highly refer them, they communicated the issues and did do work that was not needed. Truly professional. We will be customer for many years to come.

Great experience. Brought my Bayliner/Mercury outboard in with a problem. They fixed it for under $100. I have NEVER gotten anything fixed on one of my boats for under $100 unless I did it myself. Great guys. Don’t go anywhere else for Mercury service.

Friendly folks and experts on Mercury outboards. They were recommended by another boat yard, always a good sign. Glad I found them.

He was very quick and efficient. Motor is running like new and it's an old motor so that's saying something. Very happy customer

Could not be more pleased with Lincoln and Shawn. I've dealt with them for 25 years now and though they are 2 hours away I would not consider going anywhere else!

Always helpful and friendly. Shawn always takes the time to answer questions. Your boat and/or motor is in great hands with them.

Most knowledgeable mercury techs in Northeast. The antique outboard museum on site is amazing.

Not much to say. I was always told if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all.

Rude, disrespectful, grumpy old man. Drove an hour, then waited an hour (be back shortly sign) to order a new CDI/ignition box from a dealer and was essentially told he didn't care to help me. A**hole.

Took advantage of an older man, my father in law. Purchased a motor on their word that it would fit Mako 23' 1970's. Was told it would fit and be great for his boat at around an $11k 5.7 liter efi mercruiser. This added 100-140 extra pounds to the back of the boat making it not a self bailing cockpit anymore, and the engine box wouldn't close. Nothing was done to address this issue, told him they would not take it back or exchange, refused to assist in any way. When an older customer comes in, a Veteran at that, and he is sold something that would require him to pull his boat to keep it from sinking, not only is the cost of his slip a money pit but now he's sitting on a motor when all he had hoped for was getting his boat back in the water when he has had it for decades upon decades. Truly disappointed in this business, as they were trusted to give him their best knowledge of current products and took his money and ran. Reselling requires resources that he does not have and he will still take a loss on the motor. A senior citizen just wanted to get back on his boat... enjoy his retirement and reconnect with his love of the water and fishing with family and grandchildren. Business may be business, but this should just be criminal. This is a business benefiting from the money this man saved up to get his boat on the water, money he set aside from retiring for this purpose only. So, thank you for basically crushing a kind older gentlemans dream as he moved back to Maine and wanted to put the boat on the water he had raised his family on every summer.
